Enjoy a stillness practice to help you cultivate inner peace and a state of serenity. This practice allows us to tune into color vibrations and sensations and experience a deeper state of relaxation. We realize that peace in the Universe begins with us. We re-establish balance.

Namaste,

Welcome to a special stillness practice.

And as always,

Find a comfortable space to relax,

Couch,

Chair,

Floor,

Pillow,

Blanket,

Get anything you need,

Allow yourself to lie down,

Make sure your face is up so legs are slightly apart,

Arms can be at your sides,

Finding the most suitable physical position so we enter into a state of relaxation.

With our eyes closed,

As we begin,

Breathing deeply,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Listening to the rhythm of our own breath.

So breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Listening to this precious rhythm of our own breathing and as we do so,

Little by little,

Our physical body will enter a state of quietude and stillness.

Breathing in through the nose,

Exhaling out through the mouth.

Let us focus for a few minutes on the simple act of respiration.

We feel,

As we breathe in,

We feel the air filling our lungs,

The ribcage expanding,

The energy running everywhere in our being,

Promoting this state of relaxation.

As we release and let go,

The mind is too rediscovering a new state of peace and we observe thoughts passing through the mind and drift away without creating any disturbance,

Just leaving us with a sense of emptiness filled with calm.

So enjoying,

Exploring this sense of emptiness that's filled with calm.

And we can now imagine a sky blue wave that begins to envelop our body,

Starting from the right foot.

The toes take on a bluish color which gradually expands towards everywhere else,

The skin,

The muscles,

The bones,

Every individual cell until this blue color envelops the whole foot.

And we breathe in and breathe out,

Welcoming this blue wave that spreads now to our ankle,

Our calf,

Our knee,

And goes on up our thigh.

Our right leg is now completely blue and while the color wave starts to envelop our left leg now,

Let's notice how our state of relaxation becomes deeper and deeper.

This blue wave begins to envelop the left foot and the toes take on the bluish color which gradually expands towards everywhere else,

Skin,

Muscles,

Bones,

Every individual cell until the whole color blue envelops the left foot.

And everything becomes blue now.

As we keep breathing this blue up,

Up,

Up through our knees,

Our thighs,

It comes up into our pelvic floor,

Our buttocks,

Our abdomen,

Abdominals,

Muscles of the back,

And chest and up to the neck,

This brilliant luminous blue wave spreading through our entire being,

Physical,

Mental,

Calm energy enveloping us.

And our face too slowly becomes blue.

Our lips,

Our teeth,

Our tongue,

Our palate,

Our nose,

Our eyes,

Our ears are all soaked in this beam of crystalline blue light.

And now our entire being has become sky blue.

This spread of light has brought with it a new strength that will be able to fully activate the energy within us.

So let us feel like we are nestled in a soft,

All-embracing wave in a dense,

Yet light,

Velvety substance.

It's as if the little atoms in the sky blue wave penetrate our physical being,

Giving us new energy.

We feel that we're floating in an azure sea,

In a state of serenity,

Deep relaxation.

And our physical body is now completely relaxed.

We can practice some deep breathing,

If you wish,

Now for a few minutes to store a little more energy and re-establish balance in some parts of the body where energy is still lacking,

Or maybe there's too much energy.

So re-establishing balance is good.

And breathing in from the feet up,

All the way to the sky,

To the head,

And then exhaling out,

Down,

Down to the body,

With the intention to bring balance where the energy is lacking,

Or bring balance where the energy is in excess.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Breathing in in the simplicity of this act of balance through the breath,

And exhaling out,

Downwards from the sky,

From the head down through the body,

Towards our feet and ears.

And now we will imagine or use the color red as a red wave of energy spreading down from our head,

Continuing to diffuse through the body.

So as we breathe in,

This red wave is spreading now from the head and continues to diffuse through our forehead,

Our cheeks,

Our eyes,

Our nose,

Our mouth are turning red.

This beam of light traveling down our neck,

Slowly penetrating first our left arm,

Then our right arm.

Red wave expanding through our body and passing down our trunk,

Spreading through our left leg,

And then our right leg.

And we're completely immersed in a luminous red wave that's bringing us to awaken ourselves in a harmonious state.

So we're waking up the body now,

And as we do so,

I will play a little bit of sound for you.

Just gradually stretch and move the fingers of your right hand with little movements,

And then the fingers of your left hand,

Taking your time and listening,

Listening to the sound as you awaken the body to this new moment right now in a mindful way,

Awakening to that harmony within.

Take your time,

Gently.

Continuing to move our arms,

Our legs,

Still very slowly.

We began with the fingers in each hand,

Little movements,

And now arms and legs,

But still very slowly moving.

We remain stretched out on the blanket or bed or mat for a few more minutes.

So for some of you,

Perhaps this has been the first time that you experienced such a close contact with your body.

So let us savor,

Enjoy this great feeling of these moments,

Of being present with the sensations,

With the breath,

With the waves and the colors and the energy through the body,

Being present to feel more this renewed awareness and all the sensations that surface from our own being as we practice these stillness sessions together.

Thank you again for tuning in and enjoying the many aspects of what stillness can gift us today,

The many aspects of our own multi-dimensional awareness of who we are and what we could be,

What we could become.

Because if there is no peace within,

There is no peace in the universe.

And our universe,

Our world within,

Our whole world around us needs more of the peace we cultivate within.
