Starfish Regeneration Meditation

Starfish regrow a leg or arm if needed - they teach us that we all carry that healing ability within ourselves. This meditation guided by Archangel Michael, takes you to the edge of the ocean for a comfortable deep relaxing time of healing.

Opening message from Archangel Michael I am Michael,

Relax into your body You are here on earth to experience this life in this physical body Enjoy the sensations of being fully inside yourself Knowing that your thoughts create the fulfillment and the direction of your life That is why you are here,

To direct your thoughts to a higher level To a place of activating the healing mechanisms within you These mechanisms are for physical,

Spiritual and emotional healing All three are connected and overlap with each other The activation is in the mind at a deep level And it is built into the body-mind That is why these meditations are called activations rather than installations Each of you may choose one or two areas in your life that you would like to change Something that is a part of you,

That you would like to redefine within yourself Or rejuvenate some part of you,

Like the starfish rejuvenates an arm Welcome to the activation meditation I am Michael Go ahead and make yourself comfortable As Archangel Michael said,

Feel into your body Feel the sensations of that physical presence of yours And as you breathe in and breathe out Let any stress or anxiety from the day release on that breath out And as you breathe in,

Breathe in only restfulness And settle inside that body of yours As you settle there,

Inside your mind And become aware of how you have felt in the past When you were aware that the angels were close to you And just become aware of how your body feels when the angels are there near you And perhaps you notice a floating light behind your eyelids Or some people feel a sense of vibration near them And some people notice images inside on the screen of their mind And some people hear the sounds and the presence of the angels Each person is different And just let yourself be there And notice the energy all around through and within you And I am asking now that Archangel Michael Come closer now into the room Come be with us now Come be with us now Archangel Michael And as you are resting there Breathing in and breathing out Knowing that the Archangel Michael is right here Coming close for a reason And I am asking Archangel Michael To come and clear my central core Of anything negative that no longer serves me In the central part of my body Releasing any stress,

Any anxiety from the day And I am asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core Of everyone that is listening to this audio Clearing your central core of anything that no longer serves you Any darkness,

Any negativity Any anxiety,

Any stress From the entire central core And now I am asking Archangel Michael To clear the energy around me 40 feet above,

Your guides Your spiritual team,

Your workers The guides that work with you on a daily basis Come be with us now And as you rest and settle there Feeling the safety and the comfort within You notice you are beginning to think about The earth itself And the water that covers the earth And the majesty of that beautiful water And you begin to become aware That that water sparkles like diamonds And that it was made that way It was made that way specifically To support the life that is here Right there under the water The underwater life And now water reflects the sunlight And the sparkle of the sunlight Is reflected out to the trees And to the plants of the earth And the whole system is created to work together So that when there is injury to the earth It will heal itself And you realize that there are similarities Between the earth and your body Each one is created to take care of itself In a miraculous way And you begin to ponder that As inside your mind You see yourself walking along the beach Looking out at the sparkling water And this is a big place of water on the earth It is not a puddle that you are walking by It is an ocean And as you walk along that beach You look down at your feet And you look at the sand And maybe you're barefoot Or maybe you're wearing sandals And you look down at the sand And you realize That much of what looks like sand Used to be seashells The beach sand was made up of Tiny pieces of seashells And the water has broken them down into a softness That is so gentle It allows your feet to feel Like they're being massaged And in a moment you find yourself walking Walking toward a rock structure That is ahead And it's beautiful It's been carved by the huge waves That have washed up onto the shore And you notice that right now There is a seat that is built into that rock formation And it's almost as if God himself created a chair there For you And you sit down on that rock formation And begin to stare at the water As it flows in and flows out Just the same as you're breathing Flowing in and flowing out And you become mesmerized By the water and the feeling of oneness That you have inside yourself And you begin to ask yourself the question What does this feeling mean?

As you rest and settle there Feeling that oneness Between the rock and the earth and the water And you realize That it is all a part Of the system of life And so as you rest there You look deeper and deeper into the water And as you watch the gentle waves coming up Into this area by the rock formation You notice that there on the beach Is a starfish That's right,

A starfish Washed up on the shore And you watch the starfish As it lays there on the beach You look at it closely And perhaps you gently pick it up And look at the top side of it Because the top side of it Has formed a hard crust or shell there But then you turn it over And you look at it And you realize that the five arms or legs Whatever you want to call them The arms have little suction cups Underneath each one And you begin to realize that this is the way That the starfish moves ever so gently Under the water On the floor of the oceans All over the world All over the world there are starfish And as you look at this beautiful starfish You begin to become aware of perhaps things That you have read or studied about them That they have no brain And that they have no blood And yet they are incredibly important To the entire system of the ocean They have a stomach That can literally come outside itself And eat food outside itself And then bring it back within And there is an intelligence there That is beyond our brain And you recall what you have read Or what you have studied Or what you have seen about the starfish And you begin to look around To see if there is more there Because now you're curious And you notice that further out in the water Is another starfish And you gently go to pick it up And as you look at it You notice that one of its legs is gone Something has attacked it And you notice as you look at that starfish That there is a scab That has already started forming there The starfish is not moving But it's quiet Almost as if it is in a meditative state In a quiet state of healing And you put the starfish back down And you just watch And you watch that starfish And you realize that it may take time But that leg is growing back And it's growing back almost as if It had never been gone at all And you sit back down on the rock formation And you watch that starfish As that leg keeps growing And rejuvenating And you realize That this is why you were brought here tonight Because you are watching A divinely created creature Renew and rejuvenate itself That's right And it's almost as if you can speak to the starfish Almost as if that starfish Came here just for you And I wonder As you're relaxing there If you can feel,

See,

Sense Or even just imagine The renewing and the rejuvenation That's going on inside your new friend As that leg grows back And as that leg grows back As you focus on that starfish You allow your thoughts and your energy To connect with the starfish And perhaps the starfish tells you its name And perhaps tells you That you are here tonight For a particular reason And the starfish wants to know If the Archangel Michael has told you That you have been chosen To be here tonight Allowing you to choose one or two things In your life that you would like to renew Or regenerate And the Archangel Michael Told you that these meditations are called Activation Meditations Because nobody is installing Anything new into you You are like the starfish The renewal and the rejuvenation Has always been with you And as you watch the starfish leg Regrow,

You know that this ability Is within you And you look inside yourself And you find that one thing Or those two things That are inside you that need renewal Regeneration and rejuvenation And just notice That whatever that is for you You can let that go right now Just like the starfish easily let go Of its leg and is growing A brand new one What is your wound or your hurt Whatever is inside of you That no longer serves you For what reason are you listening To this meditation See there inside yourself Why you are here And look at that part that no longer serves you Like that leg That was released Let that wound go back to the divine Let it go back to the divine Or let it go back to the earth as it chooses Just like the starfish The starfish is regrowing a leg And whatever you are ready To release fully Release it now and check inside yourself And make sure that all of that hurt And all of that wound is gone now And now Talk to your starfish Whose leg is almost completely regrown Talk to your starfish And ask your starfish To send healing waters of the ocean Inside your body Into that place and space that needs healing Healing and rejuvenation As you see that starfish Living in the water and you realize That your body is made up of water And that you will allow that water To heal the space inside of you And right now in this moment You recognize that the starfish Is reactivating That healing for you Letting you know that it has always been there And you notice That the water that is healing inside you Is sparkling with bright Beautiful sunshine As if by magic The sparkles of that sunlight and that water Are filling that space That space where something difficult or painful used to be And you recognize That this activation is allowing you To do future healing work within yourself Just as the starfish knows That there will be another day When a leg may be gone And it will regrow once again And renew and rejuvenate And now the starfish is making sure That you understand That this is a gift forever That you can come back to visit the starfish At any time that you want or need Help with reactivation And as you look at that beautiful starfish You realize That now its leg has completely regrown And the starfish is complete And whole and healed And as the starfish is communicating with you You notice that Archangel Michael Is right there beside you And you recognize that in this peaceful state In this place of renewal and rejuvenation That your spiritual team Can come much closer to you Your spiritual team can communicate with you At a much closer level There is a feeling,

A vibration in the room As the spiritual teams Are all coming closer And the Archangel Michael Is going from one spiritual helper To another Sending gratitude and thanking them For being here tonight And I'm asking Archangel Michael If he has any other messages for you To give them to you now And as Archangel Michael Has one final message He's saying that the starfish Represents harmony throughout the earth And that the starfish completely Cover the earth under the waters of the ocean And he is encouraging you To keep your starfish as a permanent connection With the underwater life that the divine created Ask your starfish For wisdom when you need it Ask for help with rejuvenation And ask for renewal And the Archangel Michael wants you to know That at any time You can redefine yourself To become who you choose to be By using the process of renewal And regeneration Gently and easily now Archangel Michael is offering you a hand And gently guiding you back to the beach To the place where this journey began You pick up the starfish And put it back in the water And it is already Moving toward deeper water And you realize that your time with the starfish Has changed you Recognizing that the qualities of renewal And regeneration are always Available to you And as you come back gently to the here And the now As you walk with the Archangel Michael You turn to him with gratitude As you wiggle your fingers And your toes Gently opening your eyes When you're ready
