Archangel Michael introduces each of the spirit animal meditations and he says,
I am Michael bringing you a new beginning.
The beginning of this new year.
Allow me to guide you through the entire earth from the depths of the water to the peaks of the mountains.
Let me introduce you to the beauty and the majesty,
The entire cycle of rebirth.
It happens every minute of each day and often goes without being noticed.
In this meditation time,
You will see,
Hear,
Feel,
Taste,
And hold space with an animal that you will befriend.
This relationship is for you to keep.
In other words,
You will have this animal as your future friend forever.
To call upon in any situation,
Whether it be a time of need or a time of utter joy.
You will have the opportunity to name your sea turtle friend.
Let yourself intuitively choose a name and communicate together without words.
After this spirit animal meditation,
You will find your view of life cycles changing,
Understanding life from a higher level.
I am Michael.
As you settle there,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Allow your body to become comfortable and relax there.
As you think about the sea turtle and the uniqueness of this animal friend.
And as you breathe in and breathe out,
Perhaps you can become aware that the sea turtle has lived for more than a hundred million years.
And as you feel yourself breathing,
Know that the sea turtle can hold its breath for five hours underwater.
That it lived during the time of the dinosaurs.
And that the sea turtle has that special ability to find its way back to the same beach where it was born.
And the sea turtle cries tears of salt like humans.
And they balance the food chain by eating jellyfish.
And when they're small,
They live in the seagrass.
The only time that the sea turtle is particularly vulnerable is when they're laying eggs on shore.
And perhaps as you hear my voice and you relax even deeper now,
Perhaps you heard of the people that are the watchers of the sea turtle eggs.
Those that come and sit on the beach.
And after the eggs have been laid,
The people guard the nest and watch and wait for the babies to emerge.
And they carefully protect the sea turtles,
Allowing them to get to the water.
And as you breathe in and breathe out,
Just imagining that sea turtle,
You can become aware that right now I'm asking Archangel Michael to come be with us now as we begin this meditation.
Come be in this room with me.
And come and be in the room where you are.
And just notice that we're asking Archangel Michael to clear your central core and my central core of anything negative,
Any tension,
Any stress.
And as you breathe in beautiful,
Clean air,
Breathe out any of that tension that's ready to be released.
And you let that clearing happen gently and easily.
And now I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the energy around myself and you.
Forty feet above and below,
Behind,
In front,
And to the sides all the way around.
Clearing the energy and feeling the newness and the freshness there.
And now I'm asking Archangel Raphael,
Come be with us now.
Come be with us now and put a bubble of protection around each one that is listening to this today.
And myself as well.
And around that bubble of protection,
I'm asking Archangel Michael to put another layer of protection around the outside edge.
I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core of this room that I am in and the room that you are in.
And I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the aura energy of this room and your room.

In front,
Behind,
And to the sides.
And I'm asking Archangel Raphael to put a bubble of protection around this room and your room.
And asking Archangel Michael to put protection around that bubble of my room and your room.
And now,
Opening sacred space.
That space that is allowing for my spiritual team and your spiritual team.
For the angels and the archangels and the ascended masters that work with me.
And the angels and the archangels and the ascended masters that work with you.
And my spiritual work team and your spiritual work team.
To come into this sacred space now.
Come be with us now.
And as you relax there,
Notice yourself standing on a beautiful hillside.
High above a magical cove that lies deep below you.
And as you're strolling along that pathway,
You look down as you meander.
Getting closer and closer to that cove down below.
And you look out and you see,
Across the wide expanse,
A beautiful blue water.
And a clear horizon with a vast blue sky.
And the sun is gently warming you.
And the breeze is soft and reassuring.
And it's fascinating as you look across the water.
With the light glancing and glittering on the water.
It's like a kaleidoscope of shapes and colors.
And you look up at the clouds in that beautiful blue sky.
And as you take in a deep breath,
There's a carefree feeling that washes across you.
And you feel a relaxation that is flooding through you.
As you notice any tension or stress or strain just washing away.
Like a wave coming in and taking out any tension along out into the water.
And then one more wave coming in from the sea.
And once again it takes out with it any tension or tightness.
And that water might actually be reaching into your toes.
And pulling out anything that no longer serves you.
Taking it out to the water to be cleaned.
And you look at the majesty of this beautiful place.
With the cove down below.
And you notice that your face is relaxing.
Your entire body follows the flow of breathing in and out.
Your mind lets go of any burdens.
As you look up at that beautiful sky.
And you can notice one step at a time.
As you walk along that pathway.
As if you were going down ten steps on that pathway.
Putting your right foot on step number ten.
And your left foot on step number nine.
Going down to eight.
And stepping down to seven.
Down to six.
Five.
Stepping down to three.
And two.
And one.
And with that final step you step on to the beach.
In this natural and majestic place.
And somehow you know that nothing ever stays the same.
And yet this place seems so familiar.
It's as if it is a part of you.
And you enjoy the sights and the sounds and the smell of the beach.
And the sound of the tide flowing in and out.
And you wonder as you notice the rocks in the cove.
And you feel the majesty in this calm place as the birds fly overhead.
That's right,
They call to you.
And you find yourself strolling in this protected cove.
And it's your favorite spot.
This beginning place for your adventure.
Where it is safe for you to remain and to wrap yourself in comfort.
And you warm yourself there with unconditional love and kindness.
That wraps itself around you like a blanket.
You notice that this place allows you to be tucked away.
It is safe.
Safe for you to be here and to rest for as long as you like.
And perhaps there is a part of you.
An inner child part of you.
That is confident and independent in this moment.
And that confident and independent part of you is leading the way to the sea.
As you get closer and closer to the edge of the water.
And as you look down and notice.
Notice that there are unusual prints in the sand.
And it's not footprints.
And that childlike part of you looks down in front of you.
And you notice a beautiful sea turtle gently coming out of the water.
The sea turtle is coming toward you and looking at you.
The two of you searching into each other's eyes.
And you realize that this is a friend that you have known for a very long time.
You don't know how and you don't know when.
But you feel the comfort of an old friend.
As the two of you settle down into the sand and sit down together.
The sea turtle sits next to you.
And it's almost as if you were two little children staring out at the water.
And the gentle waves are flowing into the cove.
You feel the vibration.
Almost a sense of protection from the sea turtle.
As the two of you sit there.
Knowing that you are communicating without words.
And somehow you know that the sea turtle is inviting you into the water.
And any part of you that might be afraid to go in the water.
That part of you can stay on the shore.
As you and the sea turtle move forward toward the water.
Embracing the adventure in front of you.
And allowing yourself to be guided by the turtle.
The two of you slip easily,
Gently,
Warmly and softly into the water.
And you already know that the sea turtle spends much of its life in this beautiful cove.
Years ago when the sea turtle was tiny.
It spent much more of its time in the sea grass.
In hiding.
Making sure that it lived through its early years.
But now.
Now the sea turtle is strong and wise.
And has become an elder in the community.
And you trust the guidance of the sea turtle.
And follow through the aquamarine water.
You take a moment now.
To look around yourself.
At the sun glittering through the water.
You are literally so close to the surface.
You want to reach out your hand.
Out into the sunlight.
You and the sea turtle look down and around.
At the grass under the water.
You see the small fish and shrimp.
And look around at the seashells and the coral.
And the magic of the colors and the aquamarine water all around you.
Then you notice that the sea turtle is moving.
Using its flipper.
Almost as if it was beckoning you to follow.
And you do.
And the sea turtle is making it easy for you to follow.
Because of the design of its body.
Moving the water out of the way for you.
You move along behind sea turtle.
As if by magic.
And you watch as you float through the water.
Letting the sunlight flow down onto the two of you.
You feel completely safe and perpetually guided.
And you notice now ahead of you a large rock.
And the sea turtle begins to climb up.
And you follow it.
Almost as if the rock has got steps built into it.
And you simply climb up into the sun.
Once again the two of you are sitting side by side.
And it's as if the two of you have joined together.
And the sea turtle is saying that you have known each other for a very long time.
Maybe years ago.
Decades ago.
Or maybe even in a different lifetime.
You perhaps had a name then for the sea turtle.
A name that you had chosen.
And now you call the turtle by its name once again.
Allow that name to come to you.
Either now or later.
From somewhere in the back of your mind.
And you appreciate the connection and the friendship.
And feel the magic of the communication between the two of you.
As the sea turtle begins to speak to you quietly and gently.
It begins by saying to you that it wants you to remember and to think back.
The sea turtle is showing you a picture of when the sea turtle was a baby.
A tiny baby being hatched on a beach.
And there were watchers there.
There were people there.
Helping the sea turtle get to the water.
And the people were guiding it.
The sea turtle is telling you that the sea turtle has not forgotten the gift that humankind gave to it.
Sea turtle has chosen you.
To bring you a gift tonight.
You have been chosen as the human that this sea turtle is giving a gift to.
And the gift is in return for the gift of life that it was given decades ago.
And now sea turtle wants to open up your awareness and to feel the divine love the sea turtle is sending to you.
Opening up your heart.
And welcoming in a new level of health and longevity.
For this is the gift that the divine gave to the sea turtle.
Health and longevity.
And now sea turtle is giving you that gift.
Just open your heart.
And feel it coming in.
The light and the majesty of love entering your heart from the sea turtle.
Let that love flow into your heart.
And now breathe it in.
Breathe in that health and that longevity.
Breathing it into your lungs.
And let your heart pump that health and longevity out into your cells in your body.
Let your lungs and the oxygen carry it to every part of your body.
To the tips of your fingers.
And the ends of your toes.
To the top of your head.
Filling every cell now.
As the sea turtle is watching your heart open.
And as it opens,
That health and longevity is moving into your DNA.
Into the very depths of your cells.
That long and healthy life is flowing into your body.
As the sea turtle is watching over you.
And that health and longevity is moving into your mind.
Creating a beautiful long life for you.
And the sea turtle is filled with gratitude for the watchers that helped the turtle years ago.
And this gift is being returned to you.
Feel it spreading through you.
And as you and the sea turtle sit together,
You become aware of Archangel Michael.
Archangel Michael right near you.
And you remember the message that you heard before this session began.
That this session is going to allow you to look at the earth in a new way.
To feel the interconnectedness.
The vibration within your body.
As if your body is clean and clear.
The Archangel Michael is showing you.
The interconnectedness of the whole earth.
And the animals and the plants.
And now Archangel Michael comes even closer to you and the sea turtle.
And as the Archangel watches,
He knows that there is a telepathy between the two of you.
A communication that is permanent now.
A bond being formed forever.
And as you rest and settle there.
You feel the activation within you.
Of health and long life.
You feel it in your toes.
In your fingers.
In your head and in every other part within your mind and body.
Knowing that your pathway,
Your future is long.
And you find yourself with a feeling of balance within you.
Noticing a feeling of deep gratitude.
Coming from the sea turtle to you.
And from you back to the sea turtle.
And you really do see the interconnectedness of people and animals.
Sea turtle is going to be your friend for the rest of your life.
And now the two of you holding hands gently.
So close you can't even tell where one of you stops and the other begins.
And as if by magic the two of you are flowing back into the sea.
Into the aquamarine water.
Gently flowing back to the cove.
And you realize that you want more time with the sea turtle.
And you know that you can come back here again and again.
And as the two of you move back onto the shore of the cove.
Slowly the two of you come up onto the beach in the warmth of the sun.
And you realize that the sea turtle is crying tears with salt.
Sending love to you.
And as you begin to come back.
Following the path to the here and the now.
Archangel Michael takes your hand.
And takes you to that place on the beach.
And any parts of you that might have been afraid to go in the water.
You integrate those parts back into yourself.
Those parts now feeling the health and longevity.
Flow through you.
And you feel that deep divine connection.
Being connected to everything.
As Archangel Michael gently brings you back up the hill.
Coming back to the here and the now.
Feeling deep gratitude for the gift that you have received.
Realizing that everyone who uses and listens to this meditation.
Has been chosen.
Chosen to be here.
