Dreams are a way of the mind processing information at a deeper level. Sometimes they can interrupt sleep if they are too 'noisy'. This audio simply directs the mind to keep dreams comfortable so you can sleep peacefully. Turn it on as you go to bed each night, to create an empowering habit of a great night's sleep. As you relax and begin to remember the experience of comfort,

You can re-experience those changes in thought,

Feeling and sensation,

And drift down,

Down,

Down into deep relaxation,

Even more comfortably and effortlessly than before.

That's right,

Comfortable and easy,

Relaxing,

Drifting down,

Letting go,

Allowing thoughts to drift,

Images to appear,

And not needing to do anything at all,

Not even needing to wonder what you will learn as my voice drifts down,

Down,

Down with you.

And because your subconscious mind monitors everything around you for every split second of every day of your life,

That amazingly powerful part of your mind already realizes that it is important that the dreams it creates as a result of its valuable sleep time work are dreams that help you sleep more soundly and more restfully than you might ever have imagined,

Dreams that allow your whole system to be refreshed while you sleep,

So that within their channels in the body,

Your nerves can be resting and relaxing,

Resting and relaxing and becoming stronger and steadier with each and every passing day,

So that you awaken in the mornings feeling refreshed and alert and looking forward to whatever new opportunities that new day is going to bring.

Something that most people are not really aware of is that we can actually control the way our dreams work.

We only have to know that we want to do just that and know what we want to change,
