Buffalo Spirit Animal

Archangel Michael directs this meditation with Buffalo turning into the cold North winds and the hardships of life, rather than running away. Archangel Uriel of the North and Buffalo finds strength inside of you.

As the light from Earth and Heaven flows through you, meeting in your heart, you find a flow of healing moving through your body ... a healing light that you are able to direct.

There may be times during this audio where you hear the hooves in the background of a herd of buffalo.

The spirit animal of a buffalo seems huge and imposing.

And in reality,

This animal represents our very own ability to face the storm.

And as you may already know,

The buffalo does not run away from a storm.

The buffalo turns and moves into the storm.

In tonight's meditation,

You are going to be receiving buffalo energy and energy from Archangel Uriel of the North.

So that when the north wind blows and brings in challenges into one's life,

You will recognize the strength within.

And our message from Archangel Michael tonight says,

I am Michael.

I come when you call.

If there is anything that you have learned from me,

It is that I come when asked.

I deliver you the quality that you need most when you are calling upon me.

I have learned from you that you go through great hardships and still you have love inside yourself.

I have learned from you that the spark of God that resides in you is ever present in your life.

There are also those who lose sight of the spark for a while and then they return later after the trial or tribulation is on its way to being resolved.

Then they realize that the light has always been there.

They just couldn't see it.

Buffalo and the north wind show up in everyone's lives and they bring strength and yet hardship during these severe times.

And during these times,

Call on Archangel Uriel for guidance.

Buffalo and the north wind seems to be against you and yet they are really teaching you about your inner strength.

That inner strength that resides in the spark of life.

I am Michael.

And now,

Gently opening yourself and making yourself comfortable to that still point within you.

And feeling free to move around and making yourself comfortable.

And allowing your mind to create the pictures that are right for you.

Because those pictures of yours are taking you to a healing place.

So as you breathe in and breathe out,

Gently taking in five deep breaths and letting it out with a sigh.

In whatever way that feels right for you.

As you breathe in and let go of the day.

Anything that no longer serves you.

Breathing in and out.

And maybe your shoulders raise up and release as you feel that deep comfort flowing in.

One more time,

A deep releasing breath.

Letting those shoulders drop.

And as you rest there,

Breathing in.

And as you begin to feel the energy in the room,

Taking in one more breath.

And feeling the energy all around you,

I'm calling in Archangel Michael.

Archangel Michael who arrived even before this meditation began.

And I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core of my energy field.

40 feet above,

40 feet below,

40 feet in front and behind.

To the right and to the left and all the way around.

And I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core of each person listening here.

Bringing in white light from down in the earth up through the central core.

Up to the white light in the heavens.

And allowing that white light to clean and clear the central core of each person that's here.

40 feet above,

40 feet below,

40 feet in front and behind.

To the left and to the right and all the way around.

And I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the energy in my aura 40 feet above.

40 feet below,

40 feet in front and behind.

To the right and the left and all the way around.

And I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the energy of everyone that is here.

Listening,

Clearing that aura energy 40 feet above,

Bringing that light of the earth energy and that healing energy of 7.

Bringing that earth energy up into this room.

Into the central core and the aura of this room.

Going all the way up to the heavens to the white light of the divine.

And allowing this room to flow energy from earth to heaven.

And heaven down to earth back and forth.

Cleaning and clearing the energy of this room.

And now I'm asking Archangel Raphael to come and put a bubble of protection all around me and my clean energy.

And their clean clear energy.

And I'm asking Archangel Raphael to put a bubble of protection around this room.

And around this clean clear energy.

Finally I'm asking Archangel Michael to put protection around my bubble.

To put protection around the bubble of everyone that is here.

And to put protection around the bubble that is around this room.

And I'm inviting in the spiritual team that works with me.

And I'm inviting in the angels and the archangels.

The ascended masters and the guides.

And some of them are simply here to witness the healing that's happening.

And some are here to watch as Archangel Uriel enters the room with the clean clear energy of the north.

And Archangel Michael is welcoming Archangel Uriel into the room.

Into the energy field.

And feeling the cleanness and the vibration.

Sensing the energy of earth and grounding.

And as you rest there you notice that inside your mind.

You're creating a beautiful harmony inside that place in your mind.

And it might be a pathway that you're strolling along.

Or it might be a beautiful warm desert.

And wherever it is,

It's a very special place inside your mind.

And as you explore this beautiful place.

You realize that you get to create it.

And you put flowers along that pathway.

Or you put trees that make a canopy along that pathway.

And as you walk you feel a comfort inside yourself.

A peacefulness as Archangel Uriel comes closer and closer to you.

And it's almost as if Archangel Michael is standing and just watching.

As Uriel is here just for you.

Guiding you.

Helping you.

Directing you.

And as you walk along this pathway.

You notice a bench with a soft cushion.

And the Archangel offers it to you to sit down and relax.

And you notice a feeling of calm within you.

Aware that God himself has sent an Archangel to be by your side tonight.

And as you sit there making yourself comfortable.

Archangel Uriel sits down on a stone that is nearby.

And he sits down in such a way that he's beside you.

And yet able to look at you.

So that the two of you are working together.

And so as you rest there on that bench.

In this beautiful loving place.

Inside yourself you feel that flow of energy.

That is coming from Mother Earth.

And it's flowing almost like a white rainbow of light coming up from the Earth.

Into the bottoms of your feet.

And flowing through your body.

Going up to the heavens.

And that beautiful white light from the heavens is coming down now.

And flowing down into your body.

Going down into the Earth.

And then that Earth energy is coming up into your heart.

And that heaven energy is coming down into your heart.

And there's more Earth energy coming up.

And more heaven energy coming down.

And the two of them.

The two energies meet in your heart.

And they flow together.

In beautiful harmony.

Archangel Uriel is showing you that inside your heart.

It's as if the hands of Earth and the hands of heaven.

Have come together right there inside your heart.

And you notice a healing going on.

As if the Earth itself and heaven itself were beginning a healing process.

Inside of you.

And you feel that light.

And Archangel Uriel is showing you that every human being.

Is the connection between heaven and Earth.

Because you have within you a spark of God.

That spark of God that fuels you.

And so as you rest there on the bench and you feel that healing going on.

Archangel Uriel now asks you to look inside your mind.

And on the screen of your mind he is showing you a herd of buffalo.

And he assures you that there is great power in the buffalo.

And just as every animal has been created by the divine.

So has buffalo.

With its unique characteristics.

The buffalo has got toes.

And you look down at the toes on the buffalo.

The two wide toes that spread.

And the dew claws that help for balance.

And now notice the size of the buffalo.

The massive size.

With the beautiful warm fur covering every part of its 2,

000 pound body.

And as you look inside your mind.

At this herd of buffalo.

You realize that the divine.

Has made their horns in one piece.

And there are all kinds of unique things about this spirit animal.

And as you watch you notice.

That that buffalo and all the others in the herd are a family.

That's right.

They are family.

And they work together.

When it's time for the herd to move.

Two or three of the buffalo will stand facing a certain direction.

And the herd never moves.

Until everyone has agreed.

As if they were voting on what direction to go.

And when they are all facing the same direction.

And they agree.

Then they begin to move.

And you begin to wonder and to ponder.

Why Archangel Uriel has brought this strong dominant animal to your awareness.

And Archangel Uriel says to you.

That there are times when the north wind blows.

There are times when there is hardship in the lives of the animals and in people.

And that hardship may seem as if it is impossible to endure.

But Archangel Uriel is showing you the way.

The way the buffalo handles a hardship.

A buffalo moves directly into the storm.

Directly into the wind.

And all the while that Archangel Uriel is showing you this.

You begin to look inside yourself.

And you're looking for a hardship.

For something that is difficult for you right now.

And you might be looking at something.

That you are dealing with.

Or you might be looking at something that someone else is dealing with.

And you might be telling yourself limiting stories.

Or you might have energy that you have taken on that is not yours.

And so as you're listening to Archangel Uriel.

You realize that inside yourself there are north winds.

And you realize that inside yourself there are storms.

And you begin to ponder.

What it is that is ready to be healed right now.

During this time together.

And you might notice.

That there are concerns about the past.

That need to be released.

Maybe inside yourself there are some lower energies.

Or a separation from source or divine energy.

That needs to be purged.

You might find something inside yourself that is stagnant emotional energies.

And as you're looking inside yourself you realize.

That this might be your time to really look at that storm.

To really look at the hardship that is going on inside yourself.

And Archangel Uriel is encouraging you to be like the buffalo.

And to turn toward that issue.

And maybe it's a judgment that you're holding.

Or a perception of not being enough.

And Archangel Uriel is encouraging you to look directly into that hardship.

And perhaps as you look into that hardship.

You might realize that some of it or all of it.

You can release from your body.

From your mind.

From your aura.

And even as you're looking at it just like the buffalo.

Walking directly into the storm.

That as you walk into that storm.

You are noticing light flowing into your physical body.

You are experiencing healing.

Flowing into your blood.

Into your body.

Into your cells.

And your organs.

Even into your bones.

And it's almost as if the light of the divine.

Is moving into your emotional body.

And into your aura.

And just notice that buffalo.

That the main head buffalo.

Is turning to look at you.

And it's almost as if that buffalo is looking inside of you.

And the two of you are communicating.

And that buffalo is looking inside of you for your strength.

And the buffalo is saying to you.

See.

Right here.

You have strength like I do.

See right here.

You have great strength within you.

And the buffalo is showing you that your body is absorbing divine light.

That your body is made to absorb divine light.

And buffalo begins to look inside you.

And sees the light coming from mother earth.

Coming up from the earth up into your heart.

And buffalo sees the light that is coming down from heaven.

Into your heart.

And buffalo sees the two hands of heaven and earth.

Coming together in your heart.

And the great wisdom of buffalo.

As he nods and says to you.

This is your strength.

This is your strength.

The healing power of mother earth.

And the divine energy from father sky.

Coming down from the heavens.

And Archangel Uriel is showing you that down in the earth.

Is Archangel Sandalphon.

And up in the heavens is Archangel Metatron.

And Archangel Uriel is showing you that they are directing the energy.

From heaven down into your heart.

And from earth up into your heart.

And this is where the two hands meet.

And buffalo is watching and is aware.

That everything is energy.

That the angels are energy.

And buffalo is energy.

And so are you energy.

And you allow yourself to feel that healing going on.

And it's almost as if there is divine light moving through your physical body and your energy body.

And Archangel Metatron from up above.

And the great central sun bringing light down.

And Sandalphon from down in the grid of the earth.

And you realize that now you can direct that light.

You can direct that light from earth.

And that light from heaven.

And direct it into your body.

To heal what you have chosen to heal tonight.

And buffalo is standing back now.

Watching that healing light.

That healing divine light.

And you notice it flowing through your body.

Into every cell.

Every particle.

Into every thought in your mind.

And you allow your body,

Mind and spirit to feel that deep healing going on.

The buffalo may be telling you what it's name is.

As the buffalo is looking at you.

And once again the buffalo is showing you.

To walk into the hardship.

To not put it off.

And as you look at it.

You call in the angels.

You call in Archangel Uriel and Michael and Raphael.

And ask for their assistance.

And Archangel Michael is saying that you can do this meditation over and over again.

Each time that you need or want to increase your strength.

Buffalo will be there.

Pointing out the strength that is within you.

And as you feel that healing happening.

Somehow you know that Archangel Uriel will continue to watch over you.

And that healing process continues as you breathe in and breathe out.

And Archangel Uriel is covering you with a shower of white light.

Allowing yourself to feel the strength within you.

And as you allow that healing light to flow through your body.

Buffalo begins to go back and joins the rest of the herd.

And you realize that all of this.

That the spirit animal and the archangels are all filled with the grace of the divine.

All of them here with you in mind.

For your benefit.

And Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael and Archangel Uriel.

Are all moving now and standing against the wall looking at the glow of your energy and my energy.

And I'm thanking the archangels for directing this session.

I'm thanking Buffalo for being here and meeting for the very first time.

And I'm thanking the north wind for its ability to clean the earth and to clean people.

And I'm thanking Buffalo for the stability and the strength that he has delivered to you and to me.

And gently now coming back into the room.

Beginning to breathe in and breathe out just a little bit stronger now.

Breathing in deeper and deeper.

Breathing out and letting go of anything that needs to be released yet.

And then as you breathe in and breathe out.

Gently coming back into the room and opening your eyes when you are ready.
