Ancestral Healing

Experience this higher-level meditation, designed to facilitate profound healing for both yourself and your ancestral lineage, guided by the protective presence of Archangel Michael. As we begin this meditation,

You and I together are setting our intentions for this ancestral healing to happen,

Knowing that you and I are in this present moment.

And in this present moment,

We know that this is the space of healing,

Not just now in this moment,

To heal forward in time for future generations,

But in this moment in time,

To heal backward in time,

To lovingly send our intention and our healing to ancestors,

Generation and previous generation and previous generations before that.

And so as we begin,

I'm asking Archangel Michael to protect not only me,

But every person that is listening to this recording,

Every person that has the wonderful,

Pure intention of doing healing for me and my family and those who came before me.

And each and every one of us here knows what we are healing from the past.

Set your intention now that you are ready to do the healing work to set that intention now.

I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core of myself and everyone here,

40 feet above,

40 feet below,

40 feet in front and behind,

To the sides and all the way around.

And I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the aura of each person that is here,

Including me,

40 feet above,

40 feet below,

40 feet to each side and 40 feet in front and behind and all the way around.

And I'm asking Archangel Raphael to put a bubble around that clean,

Clear energy.

And around that bubble,

I'm asking Archangel Michael to put protection so that as you rest and settle there,

You can become aware of your personal connection to the divine.

It might be an opening of your crown chakra,

Connecting with the heart of God or the source of creation.

And you allow that divine love to flow down and surround you.

And let all the light beings that belong to you now come near your light family,

Your angels,

The ascended masters with whom you share connection and your power animals.

And they surround you and are shining unconditional love to you.

And now,

Whatever your experience in life may have been with your parents and your ancestors,

Allow yourself now to become aware of looking in to those loving eyes.

Those loving eyes of theirs.

And breathe in and breathe out.

And relax just a little bit more into the experience of connecting with the divine.

And as you become aware of those ancestors so lovingly looking into your eyes,

You invite those ancestors to come closer.

And you become aware that you are acknowledging and honoring your ancestors,

The ones whose blood runs through your veins and whose lives are in the fiber of your being.

And you recognize that their sacrifices have become your blessings.

And so you acknowledge their courage and wisdom.

And at the deepest root and cause,

You acknowledge their difficulties,

The ones they faced and they conquered so that you and I could live free from the challenges and the hindrances and the obstructions and the blockages that our ancestors faced.

And we acknowledge that we are who we are because they lived and breathed.

And I and everyone here accepts that I and we have the capacity and the right to choose healing now.

To heal those wounds from the past for the benefit of our ancestors and for the future benefit of the next generations to come.

And I choose and I ask those ancestors to hear and witness that on this day,

I do hereby claim more and more of my freedom and their spiritual,

Mental,

Emotional,

And generational freedom.

Knowing that I and everyone else that is here,

Is here to free past ancestors from habitual,

Unproductive patterns of thought,

Emotions,

Beliefs,

And behaviors.

Those wounds that have in the past limited,

Restricted,

Or denied my freedom to choose and to determine the course of my life now and for future generations.

And I accept and decree that I have the capacity and the right and I now choose to live beyond perceived limitations that my ancestors faced without betraying our connection.

I lift my voice and I say that not only I am free from the past,

But my ancestors are about to be free from the past.

The past cannot touch me because I sit here with love in my heart,

Ready to heal and release the wounds from myself.

And as I release those wounds from myself,

I am asking those ancestors who have been waiting,

Waiting for someone like me and someone like you,

Who is willing to send the healing back in time.

And as that healing moves back in time,

From one historical generational ancestral pattern to another,

Releasing those thoughts,

Beliefs,

Behaviors,

Whether conscious or unconscious,

Real or imagined,

Learned or taught,

I and we are releasing our ancestors that had been restricted,

Limited,

Obstructed,

Delayed,

Or denied or diminished or eliminated.

And it is our God-given right to send back in time free will to experience for them the white light from the connection of the divine to myself and it is not only spreading back in time further and further,

It is moving into my body,

Into the here and now,

Healing on a physical,

Spiritual,

Emotional,

And mental level.

And as it heals this moment in time,

It flows backward as the ancestors are waiting and it flows forward in time.

As the ancestors feel joy and the releasing and the emptying begins now,

Releasing fear from the past,

Purging lower energies,

Not only in this moment of now,

But going backward in time.

Releasing now any separation from source,

Any fear or unworthiness.

And as you're aware of that release,

Let go of any stagnant emotional energies and let negative go back to the light.

Release criticism and blame and judgment.

Release fear and terror of others and of yourself.

Release negative from others or from the society.

Dissolve cords from other people,

Situations,

And even from the news.

Scanning your body for any limiting stories and thoughts.

Scanning your body for any attachments or any feelings of unworthiness or undeserving.

Releasing anything dark,

Any lower vibration.

Releasing anything psychic,

Psychic energy that does not belong to you.

Release that now from body and aura and mind.

And as this emptying happens,

Let go of any energy imprint from another person or a situation.

Emptying and purging from your bones and your skeletal system,

Any lower frequency energies.

Uncut cords to people or situations.

And as you're emptying,

Let go of anything that is not love.

Any contracts,

Any scrolls,

Anything that has been written,

Any vows or agreements that no longer serve you.

Rip them up.

Throw them into divine fire.

And allow the healing quality of fire to let those wounds disappear.

And while this emptying is going on,

Release from your organs,

Your skin,

Your nervous system,

And your hormonal system,

The reproductive system.

Releasing toxicity from any atrocities that have happened in the past.

And release energy of those or other situations.

And as this emptying occurs,

Release promises that are not for your highest good.

You have permission to do that.

And as this emptying is happening,

Close any energy doorways that are not beneficial to you.

And detach gently from any stories or ideas that no longer serve you.

And as this emptying is happening,

Release any judgments,

Darkness,

Or deep,

Dark vibration from trauma.

Yours or your ancestors.

Sending all of this purging back in time.

Allowing you and your ancestors to feel the healing going on.

As you're recognizing the negative going back to the light.

The trauma leaving your body.

The trauma leaving your genes.

The trauma leaving your DNA.

So that not only are you healed,

But there is a cleanness that is being passed forward to future generations.

See that cleanness flowing into your reproductive system.

See it flowing into the reproductive systems of the future generations.

And release toxicity from your body and from the past.

Even if it's your own.

Even if it belongs to your own ancestors,

Release it now.

And realize in this moment that the angels are working with you.

That there is a cleansing going on that is being directed by the archangels.

So that as this emptying goes on,

Perhaps you can see the openness and the refreshing feeling within you and your ancestors.

Perhaps you notice it going back and back and back.

That the ancestors are cutting cords to the traumas that they experienced.

That the archangels are healing,

Not only you,

But them.

And as you feel that cleanness,

You notice a sense of peace within you.

Peace flowing back through that ancestral line.

And it's almost as if there is a newness and a refreshing sense of life.

That your entire lifetime is based on now.

As if everything has changed.

The past has changed.

And you feel the present healing in your body.

And you become aware that all of this is moving forward into the powerful moment of now.

And now,

Notice that golden light of the divine flowing down into the chakras.

Notice that system at the top of your head.

And feel the warmth of that golden light as it begins to move into that chakra.

At first it is moving slowly and gently.

And it's almost as if the light itself is realizing that the openness and the emptying that has been happening inside of you and inside of your ancestors has been waiting for this golden light of God,

This golden light of the divine,

This golden light of Source and the universe.

And it's almost as if Archangel Metatron were bringing the golden light down from the heavens.

And the quantities of the golden light are flowing broad and wide and deep into the emptiness that has been waiting for healing now.

And you feel the warmth and the glow as that light flows down into every organ in your body.

The light flows into every bone following your skeletal system.

The light flows into every blood cell,

Every drop of blood within your body is being filled with the golden light of God.

And notice every cell in your body.

Notice your reproductive organs.

Notice them healing.

Bringing forward genes and cells that are new and clean and fresh and healthy.

And you begin to ponder the healing that's going on.

And you become aware that the earth itself works this way.

That when the earth itself has a healing fire,

It cleans out the old,

It purges and empties what is no longer needed.

And the divine is doing that now with you and your people.

And me and my people.

All who have had traumas.

And that golden light is flowing into your ancestry and it's flowing into my ancestry.

And it doesn't matter which ancestry it is because each one has experienced tragedies.

And that golden light is moving back in time.

Healing those traumas and those tragedies.

Allowing that healing to go deeper and deeper.

Going further and further back in time.

And as it goes further back in time,

You realize that it is exponentially moving that same distance into the future in time.

Allowing your children and their children and their children to feel the freedom and the health that is being generated here today.

And you notice the love in that golden light that is flowing into your body and flowing back in time.

Notice it moving down your arms and into your fingertips.

Notice it flowing down into your legs and your feet.

Notice it flowing through your thoughts in your mind.

And notice that golden light expanding around you into your aura.

And notice that all of this is happening all through your past.

Through your ancestors.

Going back in time and going forward in time.

And you become aware that Archangel Sandalphon is bringing up energy from the Earth's core.

Bringing that up into you and your ancestors and your future generations.

And notice now that all around you,

The archangels,

The guiding angels,

The ascended masters,

And the guides are all flowing around you as if they are floating up in the sky.

And they are watching.

Watching with awe as the love of God is finishing its healing work.

Noticing,

Welcoming,

Admiring that love of God inside of you.

And you begin to become aware that as you breathe in and breathe out that love of God is expanding in you,

In your ancestors and in those generations to come.

And your entire spiritual team begins to applaud as the energy in the room is completely filled with the golden light of God.

And you realize that any time that you choose you can come back to this healing place and space that the archangels and the angels and the ascended masters and the guides will all bring you back here.

And I'm thanking Archangel Michael now for creating this time together.

And I'm asking that all of the guides,

All of the archangels,

All of the angels,

All of the guides that are here will direct people to this audio recording.

For the best and highest good of all of those generations and those ancestors that still carry wounds and trauma and tragedy that they too may walk this path and release all the way back through time.

And open up the healing way,

Way out into the future.
