This visualization was originally recorded for the book, Good To Grow by Laura Valvasori. It is a beautiful introduction to using one's imagination to connect to the truth inside. In it, you are guided to a party in which you interact with yourself as the guest. And you meet yourself as the fullest expression of yourself.
