The purpose of this meditation is to help you begin to trust yourself and know that you are enough as you are right now. In your busy mind and busy world, It's possible that you've forgotten this or let yourself believe that you need to do more in order to be more. So take this time now to sit in stillness, To sit and breathe, To sit and recalibrate. Begin by remembering something that has always been true, Something that will always be true, That you are enough. To begin this meditation, Sit in a comfortable position, Either on a cushion or a yoga mat or with your back against a wall or a chair so that you're very comfortable. Place your hands either in your lap or on your knees, Palms facing up, So you are able to receive what you need. Take a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Begin to feel your body settle and calm into this healing space and as you do, Start taking slightly deeper, Longer and slower breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Begin to visualize yourself becoming enveloped in a bright, Warm, Golden yellow light. As it envelops you, You trust that this light is safe for you. It feels deeply comforting, Healing and cleansing. It begins to flow through your body, From the crown of your head, Down through your forehead, Your brow and your face, Relaxing every muscle as it moves through your body. It continues to flow down through your throat area, Your shoulders, Your chest and your heart, To your stomach, Around to your back, Down through your hips, Your legs, Your knees and your calves, Your ankles and your feet. It flows in and through you with each deep breath in through your nose as it washes through your body. It picks up anything that is feeling heavy, Stuck or stagnant, Any stress or overwhelm, Any tension, Tightness or perfectionism. It also shines a light on what is causing or creating this heaviness. What is making you feel that you are not enough? Offer it up to this golden light to be picked up, Absorbed or washed away. This golden light starts to balance, Align and clear your entire energy system, Allowing you to feel more worthy, More confident, More trusting of yourself, Allowing yourself to believe that you are enough. It continues to slowly fill every cell in your body. As it does, It infuses in you a deep sense of contentment, Happiness, Self-confidence and self-assurance. There is this light flowing through you, Watching as it penetrates the deepest, Darkest corners of your being, Wherever you feel there is darkness, Heaviness or stuckness. Where do you need to direct this light? Where can you breathe in this golden yellow lightness? It shines a light on any self-sabotaging behaviour or in any areas of your life where it feels safer to stay where you are, Even though on some level you know that taking a leap forwards is where you want to go. As you continue to breathe in this yellow light with each inhalation, Allow your exhalations to clear and cleanse all you no longer need. Your worries, Concerns and fears start to come to the surface in order to be released and let go with every exhalation. Now say to yourself, I am enough. I've done enough. I am powerful, Confident and worthy. What can you do to align yourself to these powerful intentions? As you feel your mind, Body and spirit start to align to these intentions, You feel waves of clarity wash through you. Your mind feels light, Bright and clear. The golden light empowers and lifts you up out of your situation so you can see a higher perspective. You feel something shifting in your energy as you realise what you can let go of now and letting this go feels safe. It allows you to feel stronger, More worthy and more on soul purpose. You're able to start seeing how your vision for your future is already manifesting. Blocks that you may have felt so intensely just moments before start to disappear from view. Take another few deep breaths in and out, Absorbing the beautiful yellow rays. What insights are coming to you now? Spend a few moments in silence here, Allowing these insights and shifts in your perception to come to the surface, Knowing that you are so worthy. Trust that you are 100% aligned to stepping into your sense of worthiness, To feeling empowered and to acting in your highest integrity. Feel yourself coming back into your body now, Back into this space and this time, Feeling worthy and confident, Feeling excited and grateful to be you and open your eyes when you are ready.
