Lord Ganesha, the elephant-headed Hindu god is worshiped for his knowledge and wisdom. He’s a guardian of doors and temples, but most importantly, he’s known as the “breaker of obstacles.” Om gam ganapataye namaha is a prayer to Ganesha. This mantra is related to replenishing our root energy center, and Ganesha is said to govern the root chakra.
