This guided meditation invites you to practise kindness towards yourself through the gentle rhythm of the breath. As you breathe in, you are guided to draw in a sense of kindness and care; as you breathe out, you allow that kindness to ripple softly throughout your whole body. The practice supports slowing down, settling the nervous system, and cultivating a warm, compassionate presence towards yourself, moment by moment.
