Objects, people and activities come and go in your life, but your nature is always the essential part of you. In this first class you also learn how to let go of what is not part of your nature. We discover how, when you reconnect with your nature, you get your life back.

Your Work & Money
This class helps you understand and rediscover the meanings of work and money in your life. We address what gets in the way of a healthy flow. By the end of this class, you have a tool to begin shifting your perspective, so that both your work and your relationship with money support your nature.

Lesson 3
Your Body
In this class, we take a deep look at your body, without judgments and with kindness. You discover in what ways your body is a tool to experience your life. We work towards detecting and removing anything that gets in the way of enjoying, nurturing, and using your body to support who you are.

Lesson 4
Your Stuff
We take a look at all the objects that surround you, in order to discover what supports you and what drains you. Your desire to toss out what isn’t serving you is encouraged, and you learn to be relentless with your stuff in order to protect yourself, which you recognize as the only thing of value.

Lesson 5
Your Spirituality
In this class, we take an honest look at what spirituality means to you, not what it means to others or what you think it is supposed to mean to you. You discover which spiritual activities serve you. You find and remove anything that gets in the way of you enjoying your spirituality as it really is.

Lesson 6
Your Changing Life
In this class, we discover that life is a constant stream of change, and that nothing is stable. You learn how to notice what is moving out of your life and to let go of what is breaking down, as you remain open to what is new, fresh, and next.

Lesson 7
Your Sexuality
You discover and celebrate your innate sexuality, which is another name for your aliveness. You become aware of what sexual activities serve you, and you learn what gets in the way of experiencing, expressing, and enjoying your sexuality. You begin to let that clutter go, and move into the flow of your life.

Lesson 8
Your Health
In this class, you accept that sometimes in life you are well, and sometimes you are sick; health is constantly changing. This acceptance allows you to feel okay, whether you are sick or well, contributing positively to overall wellbeing. There is a special meditation for accepting illness and opening up to healing.

Lesson 9
Your Anger
In this class, you recognize that anger is a part of life, and that being angry is a spiritual practice. You are able to get clarity on what you are angry about and to learn to accept anger, so that it leaves your mind and body. Finally, you let go of old beliefs about anger that don’t serve you.

Lesson 10
Your Self-Kindness
In this final class, you learn subtle and simple ways that you can be naturally kind to yourself throughout your day, and you discover the real power of self-kindness. You compassionately find and remove what gets in the way of you being tender with yourself. You are born into your own nature, again and again, with your practice of self-kindness. This practice gives you the compassion to be kind to others without effort.
