Amazing Grace Metta Prayer

This is a culmination between Christian and Buddhist Traditions. A song originating from a White Christian slave owner repenting of his sins. The Buddhists took it over adding a traditional loving-kindness prayer: For all beings to live in security and peace. Special prayer for #blacklivesmatter to heal the wounds inflicted by White Supremacy. For those who are White, to heal internalized Supremacy in you. For all those who do not fit into the category of Black or White, myself included: Heal.
