Hi there and welcome to this practice.
To begin,
I invite you to place a hand on your heart if that feels comfortable and accessible to you.
Bring your attention to that point of contact.
I now invite you to turn your attention to where your body currently feels supported.
This could be the chair that you're sitting on,
The bed you're laying down on,
The clothes that you're wearing,
The taste in your mouth from something you just ate or drank.
Take a moment to notice that support for your body.
Keep your awareness down in your body as I remind you of three things.
You are loved.
You are safe.
You are whole.
I invite you to notice where love,
Safety,
And wholeness land in your body.
You are loved.
Where does love land in your body?
You are safe.
Where does safety land in your body?
You are whole.
Where does wholeness land in your body?
I want you to know that these parts of your body that connect with love,
Safety,
And wholeness are anchors that you can return to in moments of fear,
Of sadness,
Or of overwhelm.
You are loved.
You are safe.
You are whole.
And as we end this practice,
My hope is for each of us to feel more connected to and embodied in love,
Safety,
And wholeness every day.
