Beth Brodovsky

Beth found yoga more than 20 years ago when searching for a way to manage stress and stay focused and present. From the first om that filled the room she was hooked. Meditation came later to deepen her practice. In 2018 Beth completed her 200hr YTT at Shoshoni Ashram in Rollinsville. She is especially interested in grounding, alignment-focused practice and breathwork. By day, Beth helps nonprofits find their audience at her marketing firm Iris Creative.
