Allowing yourself to be as comfortable as possible.
Close your eyes and bring your attention inwards.
Place your left hand on your heart and your right hand on your belly,
Beginning to cultivate an awareness of your body breathing and connecting to your heart space.
Allow yourself to let go of anything that happened just before you started this very moment,
As well as any expectations you might have surrounding this practice.
Perhaps you begin to notice the soothing sensation of your breath,
The gentle ripples of air entering and leaving your body.
Breathing deeply,
Consider every inhalation as a whisper of self-love and compassion and every exhalation as an opportunity to let something go.
You are right here,
Right now,
In a safe environment,
A self-loving space.
Inhale self-love and compassion,
Exhale any worry.
Breathing in self-love and compassion,
Breathing out doubt and fear.
Quietly sending little love whispers to every cell in your body.
Inhale inspiration,
Exhale letting something go.
Be gentle with yourself and believe deep in your heart that you are doing the best you can.
Slowly begin to deepen your breath as you bring your awareness back to your body and the space around you.
