What's going on?

How's it going?

How are you guys doing tonight?

Just hanging out here?

The thing I was going to talk about tonight was oneness and helping others.

As far as,

You know,

Just,

You know,

I think that we sometimes,

You know,

Get so stuck in our ways and like going through our day to day patterns that you forget to,

You know,

Reach out or you know,

Have there's other people to connect with on this road,

Man,

You can learn so much from so many different people.

I know I learned stuff from like young people,

Old people,

You know,

All that kind of stuff.

So,

You know,

People way younger,

I guess,

Even kids.

But yeah,

I mean,

It's all about oneness.

But I guess I'm gonna get into that here in a minute.

Really kind of give you guys an idea of the topic.

I guess the other thing I want to talk about,

Too,

Is,

You know,

This whole political,

I guess,

Atmosphere is just,

You know,

It's not healthy.

You know,

I think what saddens me is that like it's we've gotten to a point where like people can't have difference of beliefs,

You know,

Like Republican or Democrat,

Liberal,

Conservative or whatever.

Or even just outside of politics,

You know,

Where I've seen people like,

Oh,

I don't want to be your friend anymore because,

You know,

You believe that,

You know,

I mean,

That's kind of,

You know,

It's kind of absurd because really,

At the end of the day,

We're all different.

So if everyone believed that no one would be friends with anyone,

Or talk to anyone or any of that kind of stuff.

So we all have different beliefs,

You know,

I think it's really that we have to be grown enough or confident enough or,

You know,

Even in ourselves to,

You know,

We grow more from hearing other people's opinions,

You know,

Even if it's something different than our own.

And,

You know,

It's,

That's kind of where politics are,

You know,

I'm not trying to get political because I don't do much of that these days.

But as far as I'm thinking,

Like,

You know,

Making it better in that aspect,

As far as,

You know,

At least being able to open up and hear other people's opinions without being hateful and emotional and those kind of things,

You know,

That's really the only way that we're going to get somewhere.

We're all,

You know,

We're all one,

Whether people realize it or not,

You know,

You're caught,

You cause harm to your,

You know,

Someone else,

You're causing harm to yourself,

Really,

I mean,

You may not see it at the time,

But you do eventually.

And you're also,

You know,

You're keeping yourself disconnected from that other person.

Like it's,

It's some,

There's something you can learn from everyone,

Every single person that's living,

You know,

I mean,

For sure.

So I mean,

When you close off and you and you,

You know,

You,

It's hard to because of your beliefs and you know,

We all have different beliefs and different opinions and views and stuff but but don't hold so strongly to them you're,

You could learn something in five seconds that may change all your perspective and viewpoints on things,

If you're open to it,

But you have to be open to it to give it a chance or,

You know,

Trust in it at all,

You know,

I mean,

You don't have to trust in it sometimes that takes experience.

And,

You know,

Trying it out or whatever.

But,

But at least hearing it out to where it may be knowledge you can you can gain or learn yourself.

You know,

I think and I think that that's kind of why I wanted to mention because it's totally relevant to the political,

You know,

Atmosphere right now.

It's,

You know,

Just like,

I don't know it's crazy.

It was probably worse than I had ever imagined in my life,

You know,

As far as just hateful and violence and pipe bombs and stuff being mailed in the mail and,

You know,

And then people being blamed without there being any evidence so I mean just all kinds of craziness.

You know,

I'm kind of in the middle of everything,

You know,

Like,

I'm not I don't take sides as far as any kind of politics and stuff,

And I think that's kind of the best,

Best place because really,

All of that's created to divide divide people not to bring them together.

I guess one of the,

I actually posted something on Facebook a couple years ago when they were going started a lot of this political craziness and I was like the divided states of America.

Because really,

I mean,

What kind of United in this do we have,

I mean,

You know we're divided so many different ways class wealth race.

We allow them to we allow we allow to be divided,

If that makes sense we don't unite you know we don't fight these class systems and wealth systems and and seeing each other you know as far as the way I was raised is to treat the janitor the same way you do as a CEO,

You got to be loving and kind to anyone not just someone with importance,

You know,

So,

And.

And really it's it's crazy I kind of thought of this too because if you think about it we're all different you know like it,

You,

You can gain or learn something or together,

You know,

As a team,

You know,

With a,

You know,

A good team of people you'd be surprised what they can accomplish.

There's actually I read Napoleon Hill book called the mastermind and he talks about or not the mastermind it's called the law of success,

And he talks about something called the mastermind and the mastermind is when you have people with different abilities that come together as a team and they become a mastermind because they you know it's the knowledge is so much more powerful than just something you do on your own.

Because you're feeding off of each other and that kind of stuff but it's and I kind of wanted to say it's it's an analogy but it's kind of like an engine,

You know,

Like an engine you can't.

You can't have just one part in it function,

You know,

You know,

So,

And with an engine you have to repair it,

You know,

So even a repair,

Because I did want to kind of get into,

You know,

You want to spend time out with connecting and with,

You know,

Helping you know,

You know,

You know,

You have to have these other things but you do want to have your repair time.

You are that you are that piece of that engine.

So you have to repair yourself and part of that is sometimes you have your own solitude to grow and things like that and you know we get into our growth moments where we want to grow and stuff like that.

And,

You know,

It kind of puts you in a place where you,

Where you maybe stay in solitude,

You know,

Too long or whatever.

You know,

Just the balance of that you know,

Make sure that you're out doing things you know if you know you'd be surprised even just given someone a compliment you know like telling a police officer thank you for their service or the cash register lady,

You know,

Just thanking her and tell her she looks pretty or whatever.

You know,

You could change someone's smile,

You know you,

You don't have,

That's the funny part I think is people forget you don't have to,

You know,

Pay.

You don't have to even spend money you don't have to work hours at a volunteer shop you could change someone's entire perspective with just a sentence or word.

You know,

Just a crappy day or gone through something really bad and just you saying hey,

You know,

I hope you have a good day or you know enjoy your weekend or hey you look beautiful or hey that shirts cool or whatever.

You don't know how it ever,

How it will affect them,

Or how that then you affected them and then they affected someone else it's like a whole,

You know,

Thing off of that so,

But you know definitely want to make sure you have your maintenance time and I think that's where the playing place and because your,

Your,

Your repair time because that's where your maintenance and stuff goes into play and that's what keeps that engine that your part,

Working good so that when you come together as an engine you can function well.

And that part is like you know,

Growing to a point where you can have a conversation with someone with difference of beliefs and and hear them out and love them for it afterwards even though you guys don't you may not agree on everything you may not agree with anything,

But then you'll shake hands at the end of it and you know move on you know and you may have gained something from it may not have you know whatever it may be.

And I think that's the key to is doing things.

There's a video actually I watched earlier this week sorry about that my allergies really crazy,

So sorry if I'm clearing my throat a little bit.

But there's a video I watched earlier this week with Russell Brandon,

It was really really good.

And he talks about you know like a lot of the times you know especially when you're not feeling value,

Or like you know you're struggling with confidence or self love.

Do things of value,

You know,

Do you know,

Do kind things do you know tell someone they have a good day you know buy someone a cup of coffee you know,

Help a homeless person maybe give them a meal or whatever.

Those things will add value to you to where you think differently you see differently.

You know,

It may it will make you feel different,

Because then you'll feel valuable.

So you know,

It's all about,

You know,

To some extent helping others and but to a healthy point.

You know,

You if you help someone and then they treat you poorly you may you may not hate them don't hate them you know don't treat them poorly,

But you may not continue helping them.

You know I mean find someone that's,

You know,

You're gonna enjoy you know enjoy or appreciate the help you know if anything,

Well you know even the person that treated you bad you still love them.

You know they just get a,

You know,

Fix their stuff a little bit more before they can be more lovable,

You know,

And that's the thing too is you have to be lovable to be loved.

You can't be a you know angry bitter difficult person and expect people that want to be by your side and,

You know,

And all that kind of stuff.

You know want to want to do things for you.

You have to be helpable be lovable.

Be open to those things and that's where it kind of goes back into being open to differences and different,

You know,

Beliefs and stuff.

Yeah,

Definitely.

I mean I thought I thought that was something just interesting on my mind about like you know as far as the way you know craziness and the media and all that kind of stuff is going there really we just we need more unity,

You know,

Now,

That's what the whole world is suffering from.

I mean unity and coming together love kindness you know those kind of things that are pretty much lacking in media and all that kind of stuff,

You know,

Then there is no understanding there is no it's all you know spread of hate and just violence and all this kind of stuff,

You know,

I'm here to combat against it if anything.

I mean if anything,

You know I say or do helps at all even 1%,

You know,

You know,

Can feel somewhat better at the end of the day.

Yes,

I do.

Tina Marie asked Do I feel like the media truly aids in the division of us.

Yes,

Because true,

True journalism is non biased,

It shouldn't create division.

It shouldn't pick sides,

That's the other key point and I think you know I think we all kind of learned that when you know growing up in school and stuff is a true journalism is supposed to be non bias is supposed to be down the middle.

They just providing facts and then leave you to make the decision kind of thing.

Whereas I feel like media in general is kind of taken whether it depends on the station you are one side one side the other ones the other side but it's all one sided,

And in that sense,

If you think about it in that,

That is division,

It's you know hey believe this way or hey believe that way and that person sucks and that person sucks you know and,

And there is no,

It's not even any more about what it's almost not even any more about what they're running for like no one almost even cares about any of that.

It's all who it's a popularity contest and that's kind of what you know to me what it's turned into.

I guess that that's what's sad because even if it were running on the whatever they're saying none of them actually do what they're saying anyways,

You know,

To my to my feeling,

I mean,

Is being real or not much of it you know,

I mean they may accomplish some of the things but you know the majority of the things they run on,

They may accomplish half or you know whatever.

But yeah,

I really feel like you don't you don't see the media promoting unity.

I mean they speak of unity but they do divisive things.

So it's really what you choose to believe or stand by will be the true division.

Well,

Yes,

I guess to an extent,

But don't stand by your belief to where it causes division,

You know,

Understand that we can have difference of beliefs but be unified that I think that's something that we miss out on,

You know,

I mean you,

You know,

You can believe that,

You know,

The sky is blue and I can believe it's white but I can still get along with you.

I mean,

You know that that shouldn't shouldn't make a difference you know I mean intellectually if you're you know an adult person that you know,

Sometimes things we have to that I think the thing too is that,

You know,

Sometimes we have to accept things for the way they are the moment,

You know,

I mean,

Things sometimes things can't be changed,

You know,

And they they can to an extent you can do things to change them but that's the key is you have to do,

You know,

If you if you're tired of something and get up and take a stand and do something about it.

Otherwise,

What are you wasting your time,

Your breath for,

You know,

I mean,

To be honest.

So,

You know,

I think it's all about action,

You know,

It's all about putting if you're going to talk about it do something behind those words to,

You know,

Try to promote,

You know,

That's why I'm trying to do like,

You know,

Promoting goodness and oneness and unity,

Like that's what the country really needs.

I mean,

You know,

I was a veteran I fought in the military and I think the,

I think the most disappointing thing is to see the state of racial relations and just where the whole country is,

You know,

To go,

You know,

As a soldier to go fight for all that and come back and see that things are,

You know,

Probably worse than some other countries like to be honest as far as the way we treat each other here in this,

This country,

Like our own people and stuff.

I think,

You know,

If we if we can all be even peace in a little bit of that a little more understanding a little bit more love,

Compassion,

Kindness towards others that you know are different from us that it'll make a huge difference,

You know,

At the end of the day.

Yeah,

And that's another thing Cassie was saying,

Like spending the time.

Yeah,

I'm gonna go back to the repair time real quick like when you're in that solitude moment when you're not connecting and out with others and all that kind of stuff because you know there is a balance there and I think that's,

I did forget to go into that a little bit more but repair time with the repair time you know you really it really gives you your time to reflect and repair and prepare for spending time with others,

Because sometimes if you don't give yourself that time of reflection to see you know what,

What happened and not too much reflection I think this is there's a dangerous,

Like everything needs to be in the middle there's like a line you can cross with anything.

I think over analyzing is that whole other side of things to analyze something as a perfectly fine you know one time to kind of look at it give yourself that reflection time but to over analyze it is to go over and over and over and over and deeper and deeper and deeper until there's no resolution.

So you know you kind of have to be careful with that too.

You know,

Think about it,

Try to keep things on the surface I think that's what's helped me I honestly did used to over analyze things a lot or you know you think of something and then that triggers another thing and then that triggers another thing and then now you're deep into this web,

You don't even remember what the heck you were thinking about to begin with.

But I think if you keep things on the surface and try to understand them on a,

You know,

On maybe not such a deep level at first you know just kind of keep it at the base level and just kind of see it for what it is don't don't analyze it in the way that it is don't put assumptions on it I think that's what's really helped me too is when you're over analyzing usually you're assuming stuff,

Because that's you know,

Oh what if this happened what that happened this happened if,

If that and it's always if it happened if,

If it happened it means it didn't happen yet.

So it's an assumption you know and that and so those kind of things you want to not you know try not to do because then you can stay to just analyzing,

Because analyzing means to see it for what it is for the facts that were given,

Not to add a bunch of other,

You know,

Stuff that didn't actually happen.

They are possibilities you know those over analyzes are possibilities but there are things that haven't occurred or that you don't have facts or evidence for so why,

Why waste a bunch of time you can do what ifs all day long.

And that's why over over analyzing can be very draining energy wise.

Yeah,

Exactly.

I mean,

As Cassie was saying making unrealistic stories of a situation that hasn't happened yet.

But yeah,

It's basically exactly what it is I mean it just,

You kind of have to,

That's why I say keep it on the surface don't over you know for exactly what it is not deeper and all this other stuff because that'll help you not burn so much energy because that's energy you could save for,

You know,

For helping others I think sometimes you do that you know if we're,

And I remember that sometimes you're over analyzing all these things you burn yourself out and then you have,

You don't have any energy to give,

You know,

You don't have time to help others because you're burning it all on yourself,

You know,

Over analyzing stuff.

But I think that's pretty much what I was wanting to kind of get down and out.

But yeah,

Thank you guys for jumping in and joining and comment stuff it definitely was a good conversation I think and gives me some,

At least a few ideas for maybe something to talk about next time.

But yeah,

If you guys need anything else have any ideas,

Topics,

Suggestions,

Definitely let me know.

Anything,

You know,

Really life or spiritual related.

I like that analogy to,

Or Cassie said that's why you have to maintain your engine so you can drive all your peeps around and not only that but take care of stuff and,

You know,

And,

You know,

Life and different responsibilities and all that good stuff.

But yeah definitely um,

Let me know if you guys need anything again.

You guys have a good night and thanks for jumping on.

Awake the Divine.

Bye.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on love and unity with us! I love what you said about being one and that what we do to others we in fact do to ourself because we are one! I hope to hear more from you! You are very inspirational and I enjoyed listening to you.

Excellent points. There is too much polarization and divisiveness. We are all one, we should be more accepting, and kind irrespective of politics or class, race etc. Thank you so much
