Welcome to this womb and heart connection meditation.
Activating the meridian between our hearts and our womb.
Starting to settle gently into the place that you're sitting in.
Just allowing your back to be nice and straight at the back of your body.
Your shoulders drawn away from your ears.
Your eyes starting to gently close the one eyelid on top of the other.
Starting to settle into your breath.
Activating your natural,
Normal deep breaths.
In and out.
Settling into the space.
Starting to draw your chin slightly down towards your chest.
A nice stretch at the back of the neck.
Starting to relax into your jaw.
Into your forehead.
Smile on your face to relax your facial muscles.
Deep breaths in and out.
Settling in.
Noticing the weight of your body on the space or the chair that you're sitting in.
And just feel a sense of gratitude and contentment.
Growing your energy from all the areas that you may have been occupying before this moment.
We do that by taking three deep inhales and exhales.
Focusing on this present moment with 100%.
You are here and you are now.
In this moment,
Making the absolute most of it.
Settle down.
And start to relax your whole body.
Taking your left hand and placing it in the centre of your chest.
Allowing the palm of the hand to just press over the heart space.
Taking the right hand and placing it beneath the belly button into the pelvic region.
Placing it into the area of your womb.
Feeling that calming and nurturing hand settle into the space.
The left hand settling into the heart space.
Feel the connection of energy through the palms of the hands.
Continue to breathe.
And start to relax.
When you feel ready on the next inhalation.
Breathing in from the meridian of the heart into the womb.
Breathing out womb to heart.
Establishing this gentle connection between the heart and the womb.
Maybe establishing this connection for the very first time.
Keep it flowing,
Keep it moving.
Feel the energy being exchanged from the heart to the womb.
Sending love into the space.
And allowing the energy from the womb,
The creative energy,
That life force energy.
That deep womb wisdom to move from the womb space and settle into the heart space.
Enjoy this connection.
Allow it to settle in.
Expending warm air from the palms of the hands into these two areas of your body.
And noticing the emotions,
The feelings and the sensations that may be coming up for you.
For maybe the very first time as you connect with this beautiful space of your womb.
Maybe for the first time.
Greeting your womb.
Sending loving energy and calming vibes.
Sending messages of slowing down and it's okay.
But starting to connect.
Starting to feel the nourishing vibrations move out of the womb space and into the rest of the body.
Starting to form a deeper connection with this vast and broad space that is the creator of life.
Move into your breath.
Immerse yourself fully and enjoy this experience.
Inhale,
Heart to womb.
Exhale,
Womb to heart.
Whatever is coming up for you,
The womb space holds such deep ancient wisdom.
So just take note of the messages,
The vibrations,
The frequency of your energy.
Just acknowledging and noting.
Whether we've created or we have not had kids before,
Our womb space holds infinite wisdom and possibilities.
Establishing this connection allows us to fully immerse the beautiful cycle that we move through as women on a monthly basis.
Allowing us to fully appreciate that beautiful process of shedding and birthing new things.
We are the source of infinite creation.
Not only mean creation of the human life,
But creation of new projects,
Creation of new feelings,
The creation and transformation of the self.
As we go through the forces of nature,
Adapting to the changing environment that we operate in.
Birthing new things on a monthly basis.
Fully appreciating this newness,
This cultivating space.
Allowing it to guide our movement,
Allowing it to send us messages of when it's time to rest,
When it's time to take care and when it's time to be passionate and move.
Signaling that beautiful balance between stillness and fast pace.
Inhale,
Heart to womb.
Exhale,
Womb to heart.
Awareness of the nurturing hand that's placed on the space.
Awareness of the depth that we hold within.
Beautiful realization that we can come back to the space.
At any time to reconnect within.
To our divine feminine energy.
Define power,
Inner strength,
Ancient wisdom.
We can take on the messages from our womb space.
And in turn we can send messages into our womb space.
To heal previous experiences.
To send loving vibrations that it's okay.
And to activate this beautiful creative energy within us once again.
Drop your hands to the side of the body.
Once you feel that that connection has been established.
And open up your heart and your chest to this new experience.
Through gratitude and loving vibrations.

Breathing in hot to womb.
