Breathe in deeply,
Filling your diaphragm with new,
Refreshing air and slowly exhale out your mouth.
Bring your focus deep into your heart space where your inner guide resides.
You can place your hand on your heart if you like.
And as you breathe in,
Think to yourself,
I am.
And as you breathe out,
Think to yourself,
Love.
Breathe in,
I am.
Breathe out,
Love.
This will help you return to your true nature.
As you breathe deeply,
Listen to the following words and direct them down deep into your heart space to your inner guide.
To your inner guide,
The law of allowing states that to be free,
I must allow everyone and everything to be as they are.
I know that for my life to feel better,
I need to focus on what I want to have more of in my life.
More freedom,
More love,
More joy,
More fun.
In all situations,
I intend to avert my focus to that which I want to attract more of.
Because when I focus my attention on the disliking of something,
I bring more of it to myself.
And when I focus my attention on something I like,
I bring more of it to myself.
So I focus on the best things that this life has to offer me and more of these things are already coming to me.
I release all other situations that cause negative feelings of unease or struggle to the universe.
I allow them to be as they are as I move my focus elsewhere.
This is my intention,
Inner guide.
Please lead me to focus on the highest and best outcomes for all.
On the inhale,
Feel the flow of love and light come into your body.
And on the exhale,
Release negative situations to the universe.
On the inhale,
Feel deeply into your heart space and cultivate feelings of love or appreciation.
And on the exhale,
Let go of the physical tightness in your body that has been housing negative emotion.
Continue to breathe in the goodness and vitality of life and exhale any negativity out of your life.
Inhale,
Feel the good feelings spreading all throughout your body,
That of appreciation,
Love,
Care and joy.
And on the exhale,
Feel any last tension leaving your body.
