I've been struggling mightily with fear about the future, so I have to constantly remind myself, I have strength for today. Should we face something more difficult in the future, God will give strength to face it then. The reason those horrible scenarios in the future feel overwhelming is that God isn't giving us the strength to face what we're imagining, He's giving us the strength to face our reality. Focus on today. You and I have strength for today. And we all have a bright hope for tomorrow.
