A Pomodoro timer is a time management technique and tool that helps individuals improve their productivity and focus. The Pomodoro technique involves breaking your work or study time into intervals, traditionally set at 25 minutes, known as "Pomodoros." During each Pomodoro, you focus exclusively on a single task or project without any distractions. After the 25 minutes are up, you take a short break, typically lasting around 5 minutes. After completing four Pomodoros, take a longer break of 15-30 minutes. This Pomodoro Timer features relaxing water sounds during the 25-minute Focus period and bird sounds during the 5-minute Break period (and the final 15-minute Break). At the beginning of the track, there is a 30-second warm-up before the first Pomodoro starts. Then when the bell rings, the cycle begins. You will hear a different bell sound when the next Focus or Break period is starting. I hope you find this useful!
