I was excited to see this in my queue. This one was deep. Maybe it’s because I’ve made a few big decisions just in the last few days (nothing life altering, just big to my self esteem, which maybe does make it life altering 🤔) or maybe it’s just the music, but this had me running AWAY fast. Running from the past? Something was certainly chasing me all through this. Heart rate increased as did my breathing. I had to talk myself down a couple of times. But that’s why I love your music. It reaches places that need to be addressed. And I usually come out the other side with an enriched understanding of why they need to be addressed. I’m in awe as I write this of how much it affected me. I was thinking towards the end of this, that it would be great music to run (exercise) to, it would sure keep me moving! 😉I’m glad I found this and listened, because as usual, it makes me feel better in the end.
