Welcome to this meditation in nature.
I'm Anne Morgan and this meditation is designed to deepen our connection and relationship with nature.
To be one with nature,
To allow the healing from nature to shower us,
To surrender and fall into the arms of Mother Earth.
It is our birthright to have access to nature and to be in nature.
When we lose touch with nature or when nature is removed from us,
On one level we become broken inside.
This is simply so because we are nature and nature is part of us.
What is done to nature is done to us.
When the ecosystems are in pain,
We are in pain.
We need nature to be in balance.
Each and every one of us has a unique relationship with nature.
It's actually a very intimate relationship that changes with time like any other relationship that we have.
As we connect and spend more time with nature and exploring our connection with her,
Our relationship will deepen.
The deeper the connection we have,
The more we will feel balanced,
Safe and with a sense of belonging.
And with these feelings,
The more magic we can create on Earth.
In this meditation we are going to work with our senses,
Our breath and our intentions and energy healing.
There is no wrong way of doing this.
Okay,
Let's start.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Being aware of your body,
Mind and energy field in this space now.
Let's start with an invocation setting up the space.
We now call on the supreme consciousness,
Divine mother,
Divine father,
God goddess.
We call on the heart of the earth.
We call on our souls and divine cells.
We call on our spiritual teachers and guides that love us unconditionally.
Thank you all for being here today sharing love,
Light,
Healing,
Guidance and protection.
And for assisting us deepening our relationship with nature.
We ask this in full faith for the highest good of all.
So it is.
And by verbally or mentally saying so it is,
You are giving permission for this healing meditation to take place.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Take your awareness to the sounds.
Can you hear any sounds from nature?
Can you smell anything from nature?
Can you feel the wind,
The element of air?
Can you feel the sun,
The element of fire?
Can you feel any water around you,
The element of water?
Can you feel the ground underneath you,
The element of earth?
Take a deep breath in and breathe downwards,
Down for your body,
Out for your spine or your feet and deep into mother earth for as deep as you can perceive.
And then breathe upwards,
Up for your body,
Up for the top of your head or as high as you can perceive.
And then breathe downwards,
Down,
Down,
Through the top of your head,
Through your body and deep into the ground like a tree with deep,
Deep roots anchoring,
Grounding deeply into mother earth.
And just breathe down here for a little while.
Allow yourself to be grounded,
Grounded in mother earth as breathing here,
Feel the safety.
And then breathe upwards,
Through the bottom of the spine,
Into the middle of the chest,
Your heart chakra and breathe here gently and repeat after me either verbally or mentally I am part of nature,
Nature is part of me.
And then take a deep breath in and hold for a moment and then breathe normally.
You are like a tree,
A crown connected to the light and the wisdom of the heavens and the roots deep into mother earth making you safe and secure and practical.
Repeat after me again,
I am one with nature,
Nature is one with me.
Take a deep breath in and hold and then breathe normally.
And allow yourself to let nature shower you with healing energy,
Balancing energy,
With the intention that for every breath you take you fill up all your cells,
Chakras and energy field with this balancing,
Restoring energy from nature.
You are held by nature and mother earth,
Allow yourself to fall into her arms,
Surrender.
Breathe in healing and breathe out with the intention to allow yourself to gently release any tension.
So breathe in healing and breathe out tension.
Let it go.
So continue to breathe in and out in your own pace for a little while.
You are one with nature and nature is one with you.
It just is,
You just are.
And you are held by nature.
Mother earth is always here for you.
She is always here wanting you to be connected to her.
She is like this amazing mother that is always available.
She wants all of us to connect and feel her presence,
Beauty and love.
To be fully connected to this beautiful,
Amazing ecosystem.
To be one with the air,
The fire,
The water,
The earth,
The mountains,
The rivers,
The oceans,
The sky,
The forest.
To sink into this beauty and magic and intelligence and spirituality that exist within the ecosystems.
We are children of the earth.
Our human body contains all the elements of the earth.
We are nature and nature is us.
Connect to your heart,
Your heart chakra.
Breathe gently from your heart chakra now.
Connecting to the love and care that you have for mother earth and nature.
And have an intention to send out your love and gratitude to nature around you.
The natural environment that you are sitting in right now.
To send out your love and gratitude.
Can you hear any sounds from nature?
Can you smell anything from nature?
Can you feel the wind?
Can you feel the wind?
Can you hear the wind?
Can you feel the warmth from the sun?
Can you feel the water?
Can you feel the water?
Can you feel the ground underneath you?
And slowly and gently open your eyes.
What natural elements do you see?
And we finish off this meditation by giving gratitude for all the healing that we receive during the meditation and from nature around us.
