Deep Meditation With Theta Binaural Beats

This meditation uses theta binaural beats to take you into deep meditation when you use stereo headphones or ear buds. So it is only suitable to use when you are in a safe situation where you can close your eyes and go deep. Theta is the frequency of brain waves we experience just before dropping into sleep and just as we are waking. The best way to use meditation is to be free from any expectations and certainly not to expect to notice any amazing results in the first 5-10 minutes. Simply allow yourself to listen and enjoy. The sounds will do everything else for you automatically. If you notice thoughts floating through your mind, simply allow them to be, observing and watching them as if they are separate from you.
