For my little one it works: just humming him asleep. So I thought it might help others as well. Another benefit of this track is that you can hum along. It also leaves space to improvise on it. Fun fact: it's 60bpm, which helps most of us to calm down and relax the nervous system. Singing along is even more effective and efficient to help calm down your nervous system.
