Please begin in a comfortable seated position.
Eyes closed,
Preferably with feet placed on the floor in front of you and your spine supported.
Now please begin to notice your breathing.
No need to alter or change it,
Just simply allow.
Now let's take three intentional breaths together.
The first one to fill our lungs to capacity and open them to their fullness,
Releasing any stagnation held there.
Breathing first into your belly,
Flowing to your chest,
Followed by the head,
Side out.
Become aware of the space in the center of your chest,
Your heart center.
Breathe into this place deeply and allow it to open to its fullness,
Releasing stagnation to the top and out.
And finally we ground ourselves to the present moment,
Dropping a line of energy from your sacrum into the center of the planet.
Mother Earth is always present to support you.
Allow your breath to flow naturally now.
Begin to visualize an opening in the earth,
An entrance to a cave.
Invite to your side any power animal or guide that supports your highest good to be with you as you bravely walk into the entrance of this cave,
Traversing deeper and deeper into the center of the planet.
The deeper you descend,
The cave contains a safe and womb-like energy that deeply supports you.
You travel further with courage and with the trust that you are deeply held and safe.
As you descend deep into the depth,
You begin to notice in the distance a faint that arises far down below.
You move instinctively toward the light as an almost gravitational pull moves you deeper.
Eventually,
You stand in awe and gasp at the sight of a brilliant,
Luminous lake of light that exists deep within the cave,
Its glimmering majesty bouncing brilliantly off the cave walls all around the edge of the light.
It gestures for you to enter.
Your thinking mind,
Your ego,
Becomes afraid of entering into this uncharted territory.
Lovingly acknowledge and release this fear,
Entering the light with courage.
Be weighed in gently,
Slowly,
Somewhat cautiously.
Maybe you dive in headfirst.
At first,
You wonder if you will be able to breathe as you submerge,
Only to quickly find,
Breathe freely and easily.
Your body tingles.
Every ounce of tension or worry or disharmony dissolves,
Released into the light.
You try to become aware of your body,
That your physical form has dissolved,
And you,
As you understand yourself to be,
Entirely merged with this field of light.
Feel yourself as this spark,
Swimming within this infinite field of light.
There is light and pure illumination.
Your mind,
And its seeking to understand and comprehend,
Asks what it is that you see,
A rainbow spectrum of light.
As you gaze to each end of the spectrum,
You sense that there is an incredible vastness of energy that exists,
Which you cannot perceive.
A voice from within you says,
And the imperceptible.
As your gaze follows to one end of the spectrum,
You sense the field of energy beyond the visible purple,
The field continuing,
And around you,
Into itself once again at the beginning,
Encircling you within its infinite nature,
A torus,
The field of energy.
Satisfied with this new understanding,
Relaxes,
And you once again feel yourself as the spark of light.
A voice from within you once again speaks and tells you,
This field of love is within you.
This is the center,
And sacred heart,
Is the center of the universe.
Feel,
Feel how deep,
And live,
As this spark of,
You integrate this knowing.
You bring this feeling with you,
This knowing.
As you return,
Earn to yourself,
