Please find a comfortable seated position with your feet on the floor,
Spine supported.
Take a moment to begin to follow your breath,
Allowing your body and mind to become more and more deeply relaxed as you do so,
Allowing the line of energy that connects your physical body with that of the earth,
Growing your grounding core more and more deeply until you are truly feeling a sensation of being plugged into the planet,
Held by her grace,
Allowing now also the crystalline grid of the planet to rise up and meet you at the base of your feet,
Feeding the grid energy up into your own energy field through the legs,
Knees,
Thighs,
Through the pelvis,
And circulating down again into the planet so that you are continually circulating earth energy.
Allow now the cosmic field to open,
Opening at the space of your crown and feeding into your body,
Cascading over your entire physical being,
Golden cosmic light which feeds,
Blends,
Merges with the earth frequency at the space of both your second chakra and your heart space,
Merging these two frequencies where the water meets the land,
Where the land meets the air,
Becoming one with all the frequencies of your being.
Allow now the space of your sixth chakra,
Your inner vision,
To open,
Visualizing before you,
Yourself,
Standing in the center of a large empty white space.
If you notice that there is clutter in this room,
No worries,
Just sweep out the clutter,
Removing it gently and lovingly from your field,
Either down your grounding core or simply out your auric field.
As you center yourself in this space,
Become aware of two loving beings,
Angelic frequencies that serve only the highest loving grace.
Allow them to guide you into what appears before you as a long series of ivory archways.
Traverse down this corridor,
Follow them as they take you deeper and deeper into this loving awareness,
Watching as you move deeper into this beautiful,
Ivory,
Bright,
Loving space,
Until finally they bring you to a threshold of a room that is emitting gorgeous golden light.
They invite you in and you go,
To find a room filled with golden treasure.
Treasure that we on the earth plane place of great value,
And yet that is not the point of entering this room.
What you are meant to feel is the knowing and the deep inner wisdom that you are always surrounded by treasure.
You are always surrounded by abundance.
Allow this,
As you step deeply into this room,
This space,
Allow the frequency of this golden field to deeply saturate your being.
This knowing that you always have everything you need.
Notice now how your body feels.
Is your body able to fully receive this frequency,
This knowing?
Are you able to allow it to permeate every cell of your being,
Or are there fields of resistance?
And as you feel this,
If there are levels of resistance,
Ask them to soften now.
And simply bringing your intention there,
Your awareness,
Will change the energy immediately.
No psychological digging required.
Energy is instant,
And these resistance spaces are now really open,
Truly open to receiving this abundance frequency.
The abundance frequency begins first at your auric bubble,
The perimeters of your immediate auric field,
And seep deeper,
With divine grace and love,
Into your layers of being,
Into the mental body,
The emotional body,
And finally landing in your physical body,
The embodiment level of these abundance frequencies.
Allow this to circulate.
Allow this feeling and sensation of true abundance that is always available to permeate every cell as it gently and lovingly rewires any outdated programming that may be in your system.
Feel these sensations as they move all the way down to the skeletal level,
To the frequency of your bone,
The densest aspect of your energy.
It is at this level that your DNA structure changes.
It is beautifully shifted to now hold these frequencies with ease and grace.
You have dissolved completely any unconscious resistance that you may have been holding in your shadow,
In the depth of your unconscious being.
You're healing complete now.
You become aware of the two angelic beings beside you.
The two beings now nod to you that you are complete and you're healing.
They gently take you by the hands and guide you back down the ivory corridor.
And then you begin to deepen into your breath,
Changing your breathing to become more present in the room and space you find yourself,
Beginning to gently wiggle fingers and toes,
Beginning to gently blink open your eyes.
