Meditation Timer OnlineAnja ist Lehrerin für Mindful Self-Compassion - Achtsames Selbstmitgefühl und Psychotherapeutin in Berlin. Nach einem mehrjährigen Training unterrichtet sie Meditation auch gemäß der Methode „The 3 Doors“. In Kursen und Workshops lehrt sie seit einigen Jahren Meditation und Selbstmitgefühl auf Deutsch und auf Englisch. Ihre mehr als 20-jährige Meditationspraxis, vorwiegend in der Bön-Buddhistischen Tradition Tibets, schenkt ihr Ruhe und Schaffenskraft. Anja is a teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion and a psychotherapist in Berlin. After several years of training, she also teaches meditation according to the method "The 3 Doors". In courses and workshops she has been teaching meditation and self-compassion in German and in English for several years. Her meditation practice of more than 20 years, mainly in the Bon Buddhist tradition of Tibet, gives her peace and creative power.
