Transcript

This is a quick journal prompt to feel a boost of positive personal energy and shake off self-doubt.

We will work through four different prompts.

Feel free to pause this recording and go grab a journal and something to write with and then find a space where you can have 10 to 20 minutes of quiet time.

Let's begin by dropping in and taking a few deep breaths.

Exhale all of your air.

Take a big inhale.

Exhale out your mouth.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale out your mouth with a sigh.

Inhale gently through your nose.

Exhale completely out your mouth.

Now taking your time.

No need to rush.

You can pause after each question if needed.

I'll give you a minute with each question.

Remember,

You can pause the recording and give yourself more time.

Here's question one.

List three things you're grateful for.

Question two.

What's something you were proud of yourself for recently?

Question three.

What are three things you're great at?

Question four.

What are five things you love about yourself?

Once you have all the entries answered,

Set your journal to the side and we'll end this session with three more deep breaths.

Exhale all of your air.

Take a big inhale.

Exhale out your mouth.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale out your mouth with a sigh.

Inhale gently through your nose.

Exhale completely out your mouth.

Feel free to take some time to rest here.

Closing your eyes and laying down in meditation.

If you've gotten what you needed today,

Or you have to carry on,

Just remember you can consider this journal entry when you need a good reference of how amazing you are.
