The sound of water running through the cave where we slept. Bowls are played by hand and struck gently with loose rocks to resonate as the sunlight fades. Slowly, we breathe in synchronicity until consciousness fades and the cool air floats over us. We sleep together as one.

Thank you for this. So beautiful. Used it for a special ceremony tonight. It also took me back to Kauai and the waterfalls I got to know. πŸ™

This was really relaxing. The water flowing and the vibrations vibrating down my body, created a soothing meditation. When it faded out, I thought wow, that was a fast 13 minutes, but then it started again with the water flowing and there was a little over 3 minutes left. At first it annoyed me, but then I regrouped and synced up with my breath and rode it out to the end. I enjoyed it. In my mind, I saw your cave, felt the cool air, and prayed no wild animal would show up to stake a claim on the territory (assuming that didn’t happen for you). Thanks for sharing this. πŸ’—πŸ™πŸ»πŸ₯°

Great, relaxing soundscape for a short yoga session. I love the sound of the water with the bowls.
