This practice focuses on inhabiting the central channel, and allowing your voice to express from this center-space within you. Vocal meditation is an excellent tool for regulating your nervous system and reconnecting with yourself. Enjoy.

Finding your seat.

Allowing your pelvis to tilt slightly forward to accommodate the alignment of your spine.

Finding that balance between ease and effort in your upright shape.

Allowing the alignment of your physical structure,

Your bones and your muscles.

Creating a space for the free flow of energy within your center and the free flow of your voice.

Feeling into your central channel now.

Your pranic tube that runs from the center of your pelvic floor up your torso and up through the top of your head.

This center space in the center most part of your being.

Orienting your sense of self within this energetic space.

Taking an inhale and exhale slowly letting it go.

Relaxing your body.

Continuing to breathe just like that.

We're going to start to make some sound with our voices.

Listening to the foundation of the drone.

And starting anywhere.

Allowing your pelvis to tilt slightly forward.

Hearing the sound of your own voice.

Continue to sound as it feels natural.

Playing with different vowels maybe it's an E or an O an A an O.

Maybe it's a hum.

And as you continue to sound reconnect or remember that center space.

Your central channel.

Feel that space as you sing as you sound.

Can your sound come from that space?

Perhaps Treat your own pictures in circles?

OW into The Cloud.

Bringing in this quality of offering.
