Let yourself snuggle in to wherever you are.

Feel the surface cradling you,

Supporting you,

And on your next exhalation,

Just let it begin to envelop you.

Notice the texture.

Maybe it's soft.

Maybe it's firm.

Let yourself begin to merge with it.

Notice your breath beginning to get a little bit deeper and lengthening just a bit.

Your creativity is sparked by ideas recently coming into view and it's infused with the power and energy of the full moon.

Letting your emotions move and flow so that when you sleep in just a little bit,

You'll find great intuition and ideas leading you through landscapes and colors,

Emotions and sensations taking you on a journey that you'll easily return in the morning after feeling completely rested and refreshed.

Let your attention go back to your breath now and notice how the belly is relaxing.

Watch as it floats and expands on the inhalations and feel it as it releases.

It almost disappears.

Take a long deep breath in and pause.

And as you begin to slowly,

Slowly exhale,

Watching the air disappear into the distance,

Just draw the tummy in a little bit and pause again.

Then continue breathing like this,

Slowly and fully pausing after the inhalation and slowly,

Slowly exhaling.

That's right.

And maybe the breath feels natural now,

Subtle,

Gentle,

Hardly noticeable,

Very relaxed.

Just let yourself feel some of the sensations of those creative sparks.

Let them light the path into your dream world tonight.

You're starting to feel just a little sleepier.

Any tension that you might have picked up throughout the day seems to have melted off of you and just slipped away.

Each breath is just drawing you out into the ocean of oneness where all ideas and possibilities are yours.

Starting to relax a little bit more now,

Sinking into the cradle of sleep,

Knowing that these creative seeds are sprouting in your dreams and taking root.

It's as if the body has drifted away.

Just floating,

Relaxing,

Sleeping comfortably,

Soundly through the night.

Relaxing,

Drifting off,

Sleeping now,

Sleeping comfortably,

Sleeping now.
