The practice to clear your auric field,

To move any emotions that may be stuck as you connect deeply to your power and ability to create.

Before you dive into the practice,

In a seated position,

Sit tall.

Siddhasana,

One ankle in front of the other,

Gyanamudra,

Pointer finger and thumb come together to touch.

Root down through the base of your spine,

Lengthen through the crown of your head.

Imagine that my hand is right behind your head.

Press it back as you slightly tuck your chin towards your heart and draw your awareness to your breath.

Connect to your Sankalpa as you bring your hands to your heart.

The intention,

What do you need in this moment?

What do you desire for your life?

Create a mantra you can take with you throughout your day.

I am unstoppable,

I am powerful,

I am abundant.

I am making massive waves in the world.

Repeat your mantra.

As you inhale,

You'll press your palms out towards you.

As you exhale,

You'll press your hands out away from you.

You can open your eyes to see what's happening for a moment.

Inhale,

Palms forward.

Exhale,

Arms out to the side.

Cleanse your auric field.

Inhale forward,

Exhale out.

Inhale forward,

Exhale out.

Push it out,

Ujjayi breath.

As you inhale,

Straighten the arms,

Press the energy away.

And as you exhale,

Press and reach your arms out to the side clearing the energy center around your body,

Protecting your emotions,

Your heart.

Keep going.

We do it enough to feel the energy in the arms where it gets tough and you just keep on going.

Not easy to hold boundaries,

Especially when people test and push our buttons.

You've got this.

Inhale forward,

Exhale out.

Exhale the arms out,

Hold the breath out.

Inhale,

Hold the breath.

Draw in through your pubic bone,

Belly button.

Tuck your chin and exhale,

Reach the arms up.

Reach and extend through your fingertips for the next Kriya.

Palms face forward,

Fingers spread wide.

Inhale up,

Exhale down.

Inhale,

Reach your arms,

Spread your fingers.

Exhale,

Bend your elbows.

Hit the outer edge of the rib cage as you draw your fingertips to make fists with your palms.

Inhale up,

Exhale down.

Moving any stock stale energy within the core center as you exhale,

Slightly tap the outer edge of your rib cage.

This is going to prime your energy for the day.

Inhale up,

Exhale down.

Inhale up,

Exhale down.

Flow with your breath.

When you start to feel the energy in your arms,

Feel the intensity reach up,

Come down.

It gives us the ability to hold,

To hold the duality when life gets challenging.

When our emotions get hot,

How can we find the ability to pause and respond rather than react?

Inhale up,

Stretch,

Exhale.

Bring it down and in,

Awakening the energy from the inside out.

You've got this.

Inhale,

Reach the arms up,

Spread the palms wide.

Hold the breath in.

Exhale,

Bend the elbows.

Four fingers in front of your shoulders,

Thumbs to the back.

Find center.

Inhale left,

Exhale right.

Inhale left,

Exhale right.

To now wring out the emotions that have been stored within the body.

To connect to your power,

Your center,

As you use the twist in the breath to wring out the internal organs,

To cleanse the energy from the inside out,

Awakening the kundalini,

The shakti from within with every inhale left,

Every exhale right,

And move with strength.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Keep on going.

Inhale,

Center,

Hold at the top.

Draw in through Uddiyana Bandha.

Tuck your chin to your chest,

Jalambhara,

From the pubic bone.

And exhale,

Release.

Place your hands in front of you,

One palm in front of the other.

Spread the fingers wide,

Right in front of your core,

Right in front of the solar plexus where you hold.

And then we're gonna chop,

Cutting any cords.

Hari,

Guru.

Cutting cords,

Cutting energy,

Anything that you're holding,

Anything anyone else is trying to hold.

And it's right in front of your core.

So anyone or anything that's trying to take away your power,

You're cutting it.

You're releasing your grip to it.

You're freeing yourself.

Releasing the grip,

Coming back to your power,

As you begin to whistle now,

Keep on whistling,

And then release the arms,

Palms face up on the knees,

Lengthen through the spine and sit.

To feel the energy that exists within you now.

Notice,

Watch,

Feel,

Breathe in and out.

Observe where you are now.

Bring the pointer finger and thumb to come together to touch the Kalabhali deep breath.

Inhale naturally,

Exhale,

Press the breath out.

As you press the breath out,

Draw the belly button to the spine and it's gonna be a little snap with your belly button.

Inhale,

Inhale happens naturally and it's a forceful exhale out through the nose as you bring the belly button to the spine.

We're gonna do as many of these as we can.

I count to 300.

You count as long as you have and rest in between.

If this is new to you,

If you're pregnant,

Whatever you feel,

You can just take long inhales,

Long exhales,

Otherwise the Kapalabhati breath,

Inhale naturally,

Forceful exhale.

With this breath,

We're cleansing as we awaken the power,

Your ability to create babies if you're a woman,

Your ability to create life within the solar plexus,

The power center,

The willpower of creation,

Activating and awakening it.

And when it gets challenging,

Just keep going until you can't anymore.

If you got it in you,

Inhale naturally,

Exhale forcefully out through the nose as you snap the belly button back to the side,

Back towards the spine to clear out stuck stored emotions to awaken and activate your power center.

Exhale all the breath out.

Inhale to the top and hold the breath in as you lift up from the base of your spine,

Lift your heart,

Tuck your chin,

Lock it in,

Hold,

Inhale,

Release and relax and feel the energy within you and all of the energy that surrounds you,

The space of the room,

The space within the body,

The space that surrounds the body.

Repeat your intention.

Sit here in stillness to feel and connect,

To envision your future before it happens,

To use the mind and the power of energy where you focus grows.

Hands come to heart to bow in when you're ready to complete this practice.
