
Shamanic Shaking - Move Your Body For 3 Minutes
Body shaking increases circulation, lymph drainage, and when practiced regularly, can release old wounds, shame, and guilt…and naturally inspires feelings of confidence. Virtually all mammals shake. For example, dogs shake right after they get up or tremble when they face a new situation. We humans also shake when our fight or flight impulses are activated. By shaking with joyful, loving, healing intentions, we begin to teach our survival brain that wanted change is welcome. Intentional body shaking helps to clear out built-up tension in your mind and body, shaking unwanted energies out, and opening your channel of receptivity to let your desires in. If your mobility is limited, or if at any time the shaking is too overwhelming, focus on intentional breathing. 5 seconds in and 5 seconds out. Deep powerful breaths. Breathwork is also transformational! Lets GO!
