I listened to this selection after a long day at work that ended with me having a slight headache. I went for a walk and when I returned, immediately listened to this. My head feels so much better now and I feel calm and relaxed. I continued listening as I did a bit of housework. I love the feeling of tranquility I have now as I sit here in silence.
