At first I struggled with “which is the in breath and which is the out” and then I realized, “heck, there’s no meditation police going to come arrest me for doing it backwards and it’s my practice I can choose either.” I loved this. I actually had my lowest heart rate during this meditation practice. I found myself changing which one I followed in and out throughout as my natural breathing took over and would then sync back up to the sounds. This was such a sweet eye opener, as I would be breathing and I could feel (from the sounds on the track) when I was slipping from concentrating and I could then relax every piece of me and begin again. I am bookmarking and will be doing this again over and over as I know it will give me a different result every time. Thanks so much for sharing this. Loved it! 🥰💗🙏🏻
