Yoga became a part of my life at age 13. It wasn’t until years later that I learned the science behind the practice and got hooked. I became OBSESSED with neuroplasticity and understanding how I could use the combination of science + spirtual practices to help not just myself, but others get unstuck from cycles of depression, anxiety, negativity, and limitation. I currently live in Santa Monica, CA where I'm pursuing a degree in Neuroscience and teaching both in person and virtually.
