Grief is not a problem to fix. It is love with nowhere to go. This practice does not ask you to move on or feel better. It asks you to be with what hurts, then gently guide your mind toward what the pain is protecting. You will sit with a loss you are carrying. You will let the emotion be present without pushing it away. Then, slowly, you will begin to rewire the thoughts wrapped around it. Not by denying the pain, but by finding the meaning, the love, and the memory underneath it. Your brain forms strong pathways around loss. Every time you revisit a memory, you have a small chance to reshape the emotion attached to it. This is neuroplasticity at work. Over time, the sharpest edges soften, and what remains is connection instead of only ache. By the end, you will not be "over it." You will feel a little more room to breathe, and a little more peace with what you carry. Best used when grief feels heavy, or on days that mark a memory. Please find a quiet space to do the meditation.
