The only prerequisite for this healing treatment is to be in a quiet and silent environment. Using a reimagination of one of the Reiki mantras, OKUREI is a unique vocal composition with potent healing and balancing properties that can in some cases lead to gently unstuck blocked emotions. Therefore is recommended to have some water right after the practice and take some time for yourself afterward.
