When we talk about one energy,
We're diving into something truly fundamental,
The essence of human willpower,
The courage to stand our ground,
And the discovery of who we truly are.
And let me tell you,
This energy is electrifying.
Let's start with the simple truth.
A person with a healthy one energy knows exactly what they want.
They understand precisely what they need to do to achieve it.
And,
This is game changer,
Nothing is going to stop them.
Not you,
Not me,
Not their family and friends,
And not even their own fear.
In the realm of one energy,
We learn perhaps life's most essential lesson,
How to survive and stand up for ourselves.
Life has a way of challenging us repeatedly,
Doesn't it?
It pushes us down to the ground,
Sometimes really hard.
The magic of developing one energy happens when we keep getting back up,
Dusting ourselves off,
And standing tall again,
And again,
And again.
Think about it like strength training.
When you're doing bench presses,
The resistance doesn't stay the same.
It gets progressively heavier as you build strength.
Life works exactly the same way.
The challenges become increasingly difficult.
But with each repetition,
Our will and courage grow stronger too.
With each push,
With each fall and rise,
We are developing that incredible one energy.
Now,
Let's talk about something incredibly powerful,
Passion.
The one energy is the very essence of passion,
That fire in your belly that drives you forward.
When you feel truly passionate about something,
Whether it's a cause,
A creative pursuit,
Or a relationship,
That's your one energy igniting within you.
It's that internal flame that says,
This matters to me.
This is worth fighting for.
I see this passionate one energy in action all around us.
It's in the entrepreneur who works tirelessly to bring the vision to life.
It's in the artist who pours the soul onto the canvas despite criticism.
It's in the parent who advocates fiercely for their child's needs when systems fail them.
That's the passionate one energy in action.
In the next part,
We will discuss about something we all experience in number one,
But often misunderstand,
Fear and anger.
The journey of developing one energy inevitably brings us face to face with these powerful emotions.
Fear can be absolutely paralyzing,
Can't it?
Have you ever wanted to start a business,
But then that voice in your head says,
Who do you think you are?
You don't have the experience for this.
Or maybe you've wanted to express your authentic feelings to someone special,
But then you hear,
They probably reject you.
Better play it safe.
Or perhaps you felt called to speak truth to power,
But that inner voice warns,
Keep quiet.
You'll just make trouble for yourself.
These are the voices of fear.
They are incredibly convincing.
But here's the amazing thing about people with well-developed one energy.
They hear these voices too,
But they don't let them have the final say.
They feel the fear completely,
The racing heart,
The sweaty palms,
The anxious thoughts.
Yet they recognize that these sensations don't have to dictate their actions.
They say,
Yes,
I'm afraid,
But I'm doing this anyway.
And then there's anger,
An emotion we are often taught to suppress or avoid.
But what if I told you that your anger is actually trying to communicate something vital to you?
What if it's pointing you to what exactly what you need to do?
Consider this.
When you feel angry about an injustice or a situation,
Your one energy is often speaking to you,
Saying,
This matters to you.
This violates your values.
What are you going to do about this?
Look at Muhammad Ali.
Can you imagine the anger he felt about the racial injustice and discrimination in America during the 1960s?
But his anger didn't consume him.
It informed him.
It clarified what he valued and what he needed to stand for.
It propelled him to use his platform,
Not just as a boxer,
But as a powerful voice for civil rights.
Even when it cost him his heavyweight title and years of career.
Or consider Dr.
Martin Luther King Jr.
,
Whose righteous anger about segregation and inequality became the fuel for a movement of nonviolent resistance that changed a nation.
His anger didn't lead to destructive rage.
It crystallized his purpose and strengthened his resolve to create change through peaceful means.
The anger wasn't a negative force.
It was information.
It was energy.
It was their one energy communicating what mattered most to them and what they needed to do about it.
And then that anger provided them the spark of energy,
The vital force that propelled them into meaningful action.
Number one is also our sense of identity,
Knowing who we are at our core.
This isn't about labels or social roles,
But a deep intuitive understanding of our authentic selves.
People with strong one energy have a crystal clear sense of their boundaries,
Values,
And principles.
They know where they stand and what they stand for.
And sometimes this means standing your ground even when doing so might lead to rejection or criticism from others.
One remarkable example is Dr.
Desmond Doss,
Whose incredible story was portrayed in the movie Hacksaw Ridge.
Here's something fascinating.
Dr.
Doss had a life path number 29 slash 11 slash 2,
Which contains two number ones in the 11.
And he also had one passion point on his table of intensification.
These are clear indicators of strong one energy influencing his character.
As a conscientious objector during World War II,
Doss refused to carry a weapon due to his religious beliefs.
Can you imagine the pressure he faced?
How can you go to the battlefield without a gun?
Isn't the war about killing and winning?
But Dr.
Doss actually made it possible.
He helped the U.
S.
Win the war by saving lives.
Despite intense ridicule and even threats from his fellow soldiers and commanding officers,
He stayed absolutely true to his convictions.
His unwavering commitment to his principles while still serving as a combat medic and saving numerous lives exemplifies the highest expression of one energy.
The two ones in his life path number manifested as an extraordinary double portion of courage and conviction,
Enabling him to stand firm despite overwhelming pressure to conform.
The path to developing healthy one energy isn't always straightforward.
Many of us struggle with identifying what we want,
Separate from societal expectations or the desires of those around us.
We might find ourselves paralyzed by indecision or living according to others' blueprints rather than our own.
When one energy is unbalanced or underdeveloped,
We might hear those voices of fear taking over.
They sound so reasonable,
Don't they?
You should wait until you have more experience.
What will your parents think?
You've failed before.
You'll probably fail again.
If you take that risk,
You could lose everything.
These voices may sound like wisdom,
But they are actually fear in disguise,
Keeping us small and preventing us from expressing our true one energy.
The healthy development of one energy requires regular practice in being independent,
Making autonomous decisions and honoring our own wants and desires.
It means learning to distinguish between the voice of fear and the voice of our authentic self.
Independence is another crucial aspect of one energy,
Though it doesn't mean isolation or rejecting all forms of interdependence.
Rather,
It means developing the capacity to stand on your own when necessary,
To think for yourself rather than automatically adopting others' viewpoints.
Let me share some practical ways to cultivate healthy one energy in your life.
First,
Practice identifying and honoring your authentic desires.
Ask yourself regularly,
What do I really want here?
What is my fear or my anger is trying to tell me?
Is this my genuine desire or is it others?
Let me share some practical ways to cultivate healthy one energy in your life.
First,
Practice identifying and honoring your authentic desires.
Ask yourself regularly,
What do I really want here?
What is my fear or my anger trying to tell me?
Is this my genuine desire or is this others?
Second,
Develop your capacity to face and move through fear by gradually taking calculative risks that stretch your comfort zone.
Third,
Practice standing your ground in situations that matter to you,
Expressing your boundaries clearly and respectfully.
Remember,
The journey toward mastering one energy isn't about becoming invulnerable or never experiencing fear.
It's about developing a relationship with fear that allows you to act courageously despite it.
It's about knowing what truly matters to you and being willing to pursue those things with determination and integrity.
When we develop healthy one energy,
We gain access to tremendous reserves of courage,
Determination and personal power.
We become capable of initiating positive changes in our lives and maintaining our course through challenges and setbacks.
We develop an unshakable sense of who we are and what we stand for,
Allowing us to move through the world with authenticity and purpose.
In a sense,
The one energy represents our capacity to say,
This is who I am,
This is what I want,
And this is what I stand for,
And then to live in alignment with those declarations regardless of the challenges that may arise.
It is the energy of self-discovery,
Self-determination and ultimately self-actualization.
As our first lesson is coming to the finish line,
I encourage you to reflect on your own relationship with the one energy in your life.
Where do you need to stand firmer in your truth?
What is your anger trying to tell you about what matters most?
Where might you need to take that first courageous step despite your fear?
Remember,
Within each of us lies the capacity to develop this fundamental energy,
To know what we want,
To overcome our fears and to stand firmly in our authentic identity.
The one energy isn't just about survival,
It's about passion,
Courage and becoming fully alive.
Thank you for joining me on this exploration on the powerful number one energy.
