A short piece to help you center,

Ground yourself,

And surround you with love.

I want you to close your eyes.

Take a nice,

Slow breath in.

Pause.

Slower breath out.

On the inhale,

I want you to breathe in.

Thinking of love,

At least one or two people or fur babies that show you,

Tell you,

Emanate warm feelings of beautiful love that you feel in every cell of your body,

A tingling feeling all over knowing no matter who you are,

What you bring to the world,

They love you no matter what.

Breathe in love.

Smile circling your heart with beautiful heart-filled energy or chi.

Breathe out gratitude.

Go forth knowing you are loved,

Knowing you love yourself.

You're very proud of you and what you bring and how you help others.

You're so caring,

So authentic.
