Chapter 6 Casting The Burden

Through the sacred affirmation, *“I cast this burden to the Christ within, and I am free,”* Shinn reminds us that release is an inner act of faith. She encourages us to pause throughout the day and lovingly observe our actions and thoughts, asking whether we are moving from fear or from faith. For fear must be dissolved before true manifestation can unfold.
