Welcome,
Find a position where you can sit comfortably,
With a straight back and let your body land on the place where you are sitting.
Take a few deep breaths and explore how it feels in your body right now.
You can start by feeling your move up through your legs,
Your spine,
Move to your solar plexus and your chest,
Relax your shoulders,
Hands and arms,
Feel your whole body and breathe at a natural pace,
Breathe in and out without forcing or changing anything and go just as they want,
Try to allow and accept without judging or changing anything,
Continue to focus on your breath and just accept that it is exactly as it is right now,
There is no right or wrong,
We just breathe and try to land on the place where we are sitting,
It's okay to be tense but there is also room for the body to relax even more,
Make a little more space for the body and feelings,
To relax and be just as they are,
Now you can take a few deep breaths,
Move your body a little and if your eyes have been closed you can open them now and familiarize yourself with the room where you are sitting.
