Take a few moments for yourself to connect, relax and release. In this short practice we will simply breathe together and let the stress of the day melt away. This practice can be done anywhere and at anytime.

Transcript

Take a few moments today for yourself to connect,

Relax,

And slow down.

Just breathing here together.

Letting everything around us simply fade away,

Just for a few moments while we connect with ourselves by simply breathing.

You are not alone,

You are supported,

We are breathing here together.

This practice is best done seated or standing,

With your feet planted firmly in the ground beneath you,

Your spine straight,

So that your breath can fully expand and release.

And as you sink into your space now,

Letting your hands fall down by your side,

Maybe resting in your lap or over your heart space,

Whatever feels most comfortable,

And gently closing your eyes now.

If your mind wanders,

It's okay,

Acknowledge the thoughts and come back to your breath.

And joining me as we inhale together,

Breathing in slowly through the nose,

And holding the breath at the top.

As you release,

Exhale through the mouth,

Really sighing it out and slowly letting it all go,

Pausing for a moment once the breath is released.

We're going to do this two more times together,

And this time as you slowly inhale through the nose,

Really press your feet into the ground,

Feeling that support from the surface beneath you.

As you slowly exhale out the mouth,

Feel the breath leaving your body and dropping down through that surface below you,

And pausing again for a moment once the breath is released.

And breathing together here one last time,

I want you to think about your day,

Any stress,

Emotions,

Any struggles,

Anything that you want to release here now.

Breathing in through the nose,

Slowly filling up the belly and letting the breath rise up into the chest,

Holding at the top,

And as you begin to exhale through the mouth,

Releasing your day and watching it melt away.

Feel free to sway or shake or move your body here to help release even further,

And taking a moment to let your breath return to its natural rhythm,

And picturing a bright golden ball of energy sitting right above your head here.

Watching this ball of energy as it drops down through the top of your head,

Melting over your face,

Your shoulders,

Down your neck,

Your chest,

Your back.

Watching this golden ball of energy melt over your hips,

Your legs,

All the way down to your toes.

Feeling this golden light fill you with peace,

Love,

Ease,

And confidence as you continue on with your day.

And know that you can come back to this practice any time you need to connect,

Relax,

And slow down.
