This breathing meditation is designed to help you relax and activate your parasympathetic nervous system. The track is accompanied with my original handpan music and is great to do when you need to de-stress, calm the mind & body, and center yourself.

If right now you're feeling stressed,

Anxious,

Overwhelmed,

Or you simply want to relax and let go,

This breath work is for you.

We'll be practicing the 4-7-8 breathing method,

Where we inhale through the nose for 4 seconds,

Hold the breath for 7 seconds,

And exhale for 8 seconds through pursed lips.

As you get in a comfortable seated position or lying down if you wish to fall asleep,

Allow the beautiful melodies of the handpan I'm playing to relax you and the sound of my breath to guide you.
