In this activating breathwork session, we practice breath of fire (rapid exhales through the nose) and alkaline breathing (in through the nose, out with a sigh). These techniques aim to oxygenate your body, increase your energy, and release tension and stress from the body. The session concludes with a grounding meditation to help you integrate after your experience.

VibeShifter,

To today's breathwork session.

My name is Roni and today we'll be doing breath of fire which is rapid exhales through the nose and alkaline breathing which is in through the nose and out through the mouth.

We'll be completing three rounds followed by a 54 second breath hold after each round.

So get in a comfortable seated position,

Relax your body,

Set an intention for our practice and let's vibe together now.

Breath of fire.

Rapid exhales through the nose.

Alkaline breathing.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

In through the mouth,

Out through the mouth.

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale fully and hold the breath.

Now exhale into a 54 second breath hold.

Allow yourself to enjoy the relaxed state.

No breath is needed.

You deserve this moment of peace,

Of stillness,

To just be and to embrace the spaciousness that you've created within yourself.

What positive vibes will you fill in that space today?

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Return to a normal rhythm of breathing before we begin the second round.

Round number two.

Let's shift now.

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale fully and hold the breath.
