Welcome back to another short yet impactful guided meditation.
Today we focus on self-forgiveness.
It's important to clear out the clutter of old wounds and attachments to memories that no longer serve you in life.
Spirit wants you to know that the burdens of past cycles don't define who you are in this moment.
You always have an option to shed old versions of yourself and create new ones.
The most important part of this process is forgiveness,
Self-forgiveness.
Let's start by relaxing your mind and taking a few deep breaths to get centered.
Slowly inhale in and as you inhale I want you to mentally collect any frustration,
Stress,
Or anxieties and exhale it all out.
Inhale again and exhale.
Let's take an inhale one last time and release it.
I want you to bring your awareness to your heart.
Imagine a door on your heart with a bright green light shining through it that represents the heart chakra.
Allow the door to open.
When you open the door,
You notice that it's full of clutter.
Old clothes,
Toys,
Photos,
And many things of the past.
All of these things are connected to the old versions of yourself.
Each item holding a different experience or a chapter of your life.
I want you to express your gratitude for everything you see inside of this closet.
Each item was a catalyst of growth for the person that you are in this very moment.
The lessons that you've learned will be with you forever.
But it isn't necessary to hold on to the baggage of each experience.
It's finally time to clear out this closet.
As you repeat these affirmations,
I want you to visualize the clutter disappearing from your heart.
Repeat after me.
I forgive myself for not giving myself grace when my soul needed it.
I forgive myself for not holding the boundaries that I've created to protect me.
I forgive myself for tolerating things I shouldn't have in the past.
I forgive myself for not loving myself as much as I love others.
Today,
I embrace a new version of myself.
In this version,
I am whole.
I pour into myself whenever I need it.
I hold firm boundaries.
I trust myself to make the right decisions.
I am at peace within my heart.
Your closet should now be empty.
If you notice,
There are still some items in your closet that is perfectly okay.
You can always feel free to come back to this meditation as often as you'd like to continue to clear out this closet.
You'll know that you've fully let go once there's nothing left in it and you can start over.
And fully embrace this new version of yourself that doesn't have any baggage,
Just a clear space to create something new.
Pay close attention to the thoughts or the memories that appear throughout your day after you've completed this meditation.
It may be a sign that that is exactly what you need to heal and to release.
Alright Zen Tribe,
Have a beautiful day.
