Hello everyone.

Welcome to Expansion Cast.

This is your host,

Roger Metz.

So today's podcast is reaching out to help you dive deep into communicating with your knowing,

With your essence,

With that voice within you that speaks without reason,

Without logic.

That voice that sometimes we don't trust.

Sometimes it seems rather strange.

But when we do follow it,

Things light up.

Things move in joy.

They move in harmony.

And we experience pleasures and emotions that we normally wouldn't in our natural limiting cycles.

So let go today.

Let go of any anticipation.

Let go of any stories that want to hold you in a space of correctness,

In a space of safety,

In a space of separation,

In a space of abandonment.

So let's let go of all those spaces,

All those spaces that create limitation and drop into this meditation with an open mind,

An open heart,

And of course all your chakras wide open,

Experiencing this meditation for what it is.

So find yourself a beautiful place to lay down,

A beautiful place to relax and be cozy.

Maybe you're by a fire.

Maybe you're just in your bed.

Maybe you're by a fire and in your bed.

But wherever you're going to be,

Make sure you're secluded.

Make sure that there won't be any interruptions.

Turn off the ringer to your phone.

Turn off your TV.

Close your door if you're in your bedroom and prepare for this wonderful journey.

So I expect you have found a comfortable place to lay down.

And laying down,

Just dropping deep into the space you're in,

Allowing all the sounds to just merge into nothing.

And while you're here,

Start to pay attention to your breath.

Start to pay attention to how it's moving in and out.

Paying attention to your breath moving in and out.

Your eyes are closed.

And let's maybe count to three as we inhale.

One,

Two,

Three.

And exhale for one,

Two,

Three.

Inhale,

One,

Two,

Three.

And exhale for one,

Two,

Three.

And then let's move it up to four.

Inhaling for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhaling for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhaling,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhaling,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Continue that.

And as you're inhaling and exhaling,

Maybe you're becoming so quiet,

You can even hear your heart,

Your heartbeat.

And once you can tune in to that heartbeat,

Maybe even just feeling the heart beating in your chest.

And tune your count in to your heartbeat.

And then we'll be moving and breathing in on our heartbeat for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Then pause and inhale for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Then pause and exhale for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And continue that for a moment.

Now our journey today is going to be in the imagination.

It's going to be in your mind's eye.

It's okay however it makes you feel.

Whatever comes up for you is perfect.

So still breathing and maybe letting go of the counting.

And starting to tune deeper into my voice.

Deeper and deeper into my voice.

And every time you hear my voice,

You're going to drop deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Deeper and deeper into the place you are.

And I want you to see in your mind's eye a beautiful meadow.

A beautiful meadow with lots of green grass and shrubs and trees surrounding it.

Maybe some birds.

And in this meadow there might be an animal.

An animal just looking at you,

Expecting something from you.

And take a walk up to that animal and out of your satchel that you have tied to your waist,

Hand it some food.

Maybe pet it.

You can feel the fur or feathers or whatever it is on that animal.

And the animal is very happy.

And the animal wants to take you somewhere.

Wants to show you something very important for you.

So follow the animal.

And if you'd like to,

You might even be able to ride this animal.

So you and the animal are now moving.

Moving towards an opening.

There's an opening just off of the meadow and you're following the path.

And the path is smooth in parts and rocky in other parts.

It's just beautiful space.

The smells,

The sounds.

Feels very safe.

Feels very comfortable there.

And as you're moving along the path,

You notice something hanging on a tree up ahead.

Something hanging on a tree up ahead.

And as you get close,

The animal stops.

And you pull that piece off the tree because it's just for you.

And you put it in your satchel.

And then you continue on your journey again.

And the journey is now starting to go uphill.

Very,

Very gradually going uphill.

And now it's getting steeper and steeper.

And your animal's working a little bit harder and you're working a little bit harder to hang on or walk up this hill.

But there's something at the very top of the hill that you can't quite see.

But it's a bright light.

It's a very bright light.

And moving on your way up,

You finally get to see what this bright light is.

And this bright light is just light.

It's just a big orb.

And it's pulsating.

And it's beautiful to look at.

And you and your animal are standing outside of it,

Noticing how it makes you feel.

Noticing some feeling within you,

Nearly overwhelming but manageable.

And you just allow that feeling to deeply sink,

Deeply sink in.

And your curiosity,

Of course,

Wants you to step inside this orb.

And the closer you move to the orb,

You start to see images appear on the orb.

Images and swirls.

Memories appearing in this orb.

It's like a mirror showing you memories from past.

And then it shows you memories from the future.

Memories from the future.

It seems rather odd at first.

Like maybe it's predicting something.

And you start to see events in the future that are maybe alarming,

Maybe comforting.

But all these events have you tied right to the center of them.

And this glorious light is pulsing and breathing as if it has its own life force,

Its own energy.

And you can touch it if you like.

You can walk around it.

You can explore the images that pulse in and out.

You can draw on it with your finger and see the cool essence flicker and change colors as you touch it.

And it seems like every time you touch it,

There's an inviting feeling,

An invitation to step inside this amazing globe.

And your animal is sitting back just watching.

And your animal suddenly gets up and walks right into the globe,

Looking back as if to invite you.

And you follow it.

You follow this animal into the globe.

And once inside this globe,

It's all the magic,

All the timelines are here swirling around you.

And you can manipulate them and see them.

You can pull one out of the air and stretch it out and analyze it and experience it again.

You can feel the emotion over and over again if you wish.

But the reason you're here today is to pull the essence,

To remember this essence within you,

To remember the emotions and the feelings as they become clear,

So as you're playing with all these memories of future and past,

You find one,

A very special one.

And you find out that this memory that you're looking at right now is happening right now.

It's what you're making right now.

You're in the present moment with this memory.

It's like a mirror.

And the feeling is pulling you deep into what feels like a void.

But be assured,

This is no void.

As you drop deeper and deeper into this moment,

Looking at yourself,

It's like you're being pulled deeper and deeper.

It's just a compellingness to be pulled deeper and deeper into that moment,

Into yourself,

Into this very moment.

You keep going deeper and deeper into this moment.

And you start to get lost in this moment,

Becoming lost in the moment,

Focusing deeper and deeper into this moment.

Something occurs,

Something happens as you move deeper into it.

It's like it wraps itself around you,

As if it merges with you,

And you and that moment become one.

And now the radiance of that globe,

The radiance of that sphere,

The luminescence of it,

The deep wisdom of it,

Has now completely merged within you.

And all that information,

All the memories of the past,

All the memories of the future,

Gather inside you.

They gather in your center.

They ignite a feeling that's just your own.

There's a feeling behind knowing.

There's a feeling of knowing that you are exactly where you're supposed to be,

That the path you're on is exactly right.

There's no second guessing,

And no denying,

And no wishing for something different.

Because where you are is absolutely perfect.

It's perfectly playing out your plan.

So you allow yourself to feel in,

Just feel into it and drop into it.

And there's a knowing that's here with you all the time.

And you feel it now,

Can't you?

It feels like confidence,

But yet it has some luminescence behind it.

Confidence with luminescence behind it.

It nearly feels like clarity,

But with structure and substance.

So from this point forward,

You carry all of the memories of past and the memories of future.

And you carry them very close.

You carry them inside you,

In your chest,

In your belly,

In your legs,

Your arms,

Your head.

All of these memories are in every cell.

Every cell within your body carries the memories of future and the memories of past.

And every one of them are communicating.

Communicating a structure,

A flow.

They're allowing you to be the very best that you can be in this time and space.

All these memories of future and past are allowing you to become the best that you can be in this very time and space.

And there's no loss in anything,

As everything is happening perfectly.

Perfectly.

And now moving,

Walking around the top of this hill.

No more globe outside of you.

It's all within you now.

You've absorbed the entire abundance of memories of past and future.

You've merged with your source,

With your essence.

And that animal is still with you.

Still standing beside you like a faithful companion.

And the sun seems to be moving very quickly.

And it's about ready to set.

The colors of the sky are starting to turn orange.

There's some birds flying in the horizon.

And you just know there's no hurry to be anywhere.

There's no panic to move along because you know where you are is exactly perfect.

And when it's time to move,

You'll know.

When it's time to respond,

You'll know.

When it's time to flow in action,

You'll know.

And when it's time to just sit,

And enjoy,

And see,

And experience the radiance of life,

You know.

And when it's time to recuperate after a long,

Hard journey,

You'll know.

And now,

Your knowing is telling you it's time to walk back down that hill.

Walk back down that hill and come home.

And come all the way home.

Come all the way home to where you are in this time and place with all your memories of past and future within every cell activated.

And as you come back to your room,

Back to this space,

You start to move around.

And every part of your body,

Every part of your body,

Remembers.

Remembers your essence.

And now that you're back here,

I want you to bring back into your memory the peace that was gifted to you in the trees as you were walking along the path.

And I want you to research that peace,

Whatever it was,

And find out what that peace might mean to you,

As a gift or as a limitation on your journey.

And also search out the animal that was with you to see how it might help you in the best way that it can.
