This gentle night meditation is designed to help release anxiety and support natural sleep. If anxiety has shown up as worry, overthinking, or difficulty switching off at night, this practice offers a calm, non-effortful way to let the nervous system slow down. There is no need to stay alert or focused. You are welcome to drift in and out of awareness, or fall asleep at any point. Anxious thoughts do not need to be resolved — they can be allowed to fade into the background. This meditation is best listened to lying down, at bedtime or during night waking. No bell is used at the end of this practice.
