I have come to see a lot with these eyes.
My heart knows too,
That what I see shining through me is also shining through you,
And vice versa.
Observation is key,
Listening is sacred.
Please stay put,
We have a lot to go over.
I'll be speaking on the source of emotion,
And how it shapes the world around us.
The other day I experienced annoyance,
From the moment I squirmed in bed,
I knew that I was irritated,
And holding that irritation everything was irritating.
My lover next to me,
Writing in her journal,
The light on above me,
The dog next to me,
The sounds outside,
The ability to watch such annoyance at many different objects around me,
Is a very useful skill.
Because my entire world is painted in annoyance,
I must know that I am annoyed.
My emotion that is overwhelming me,
Is also painting the lens of my mind,
In my thoughts,
In my immediate environment.
It is everything that I am,
For the moment.
It's very easy to become annoyed at such annoyances,
Not realizing where the source is,
Simply getting mad at the mirror in front of you.
I point my finger at what?
How many are pointing back at me?
You are not the cause of my annoyance,
I am simply annoyed.
It's as simple as realizing where you are,
And that goes for happiness,
And joy,
Sadness,
And any emotion that you come across.
You are an artist,
And you are the materials that the artist will use.
If you are a painter,
Then you are also the paint,
And the color of your emotion will determine the color of your world.
If you feel blue,
Then you use blue,
You paint blue,
And everything is blue until the creation is finished.
There's no wrong in that,
It's art.
You paint your reality,
You are a human being,
An expressive one,
With the ability to shapeshift,
To transform,
And to feel.
So allowing yourself to feel is what any good artist does,
That's how great works are produced,
And that's how you alleviate your own suffering,
By being honest with what is there,
By being totally involved with what is there.
You clean up your mess,
You take to your practices,
Whatever they may be,
To express yourself.
But one thing we do not do is repress,
Nor suppress.
Expression is key,
And when you paint your world,
Make sure that others are not involved.
If they are,
Excuse them.
You're painting,
It has nothing to do with them.
But they are a part of the audience,
They get to see the creation that you are,
What you produce.
If you feel apologetic,
Say your sorries,
But don't apologize for being what you are,
Never that.
You own it.
I hope that this was helpful.
Until then,
Stay tuned.
Stay aligned,
And feel what's inside.
