Welcome beautiful soul.

My name is Tanisha and I'm a wellness coach dedicated to helping women overcome burnout,

Reclaim their radiance,

And cultivate self-love through mindfulness,

Inner child healing,

And wellness practices.

This meditation is designed to guide you into a state of deep relaxation,

Allowing you to release stress,

Reconnect with yourself,

And invite more love and ease into your life.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position seated or lying down.

Allow your hands to rest gently either on your lap or at your sides.

Close your eyes and take a deep slow breath in through your nose.

Hold it for a minute and exhale gently through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Feeling the breath expand your belly,

And exhale,

Releasing any tension you may be holding.

With every inhale,

Imagine fresh vibrant energy filling your body.

With every exhale,

Let go of stress,

Exhaustion,

And anything weighing you down.

Let your breath find its natural rhythm,

Flowing with ease like waves upon the shore.

Now bring your awareness to your heart space.

Imagine a warm golden light beginning to glow in the center of your chest.

This is the light of your own self-love,

Always present,

Always available to you.

With each inhale,

Feel this golden light expanding,

Radiating warmth through your entire being.

With each exhale,

Release any resistance,

Self-doubt,

Or old stories that no longer serve you.

If any thoughts arise,

Simply acknowledge them with kindness and let them drift away like clouds in the sky.

Now I want you to imagine yourself standing in a beautiful serene garden,

A place created just for you.

The air is fresh,

Filled with the scent of blooming flowers.

The sunlight filters gently through the trees,

Casting a golden glow all around you.

As you walk through this sacred space,

You feel lighter,

More at ease.

This is a space of healing,

A space where you can return to yourself fully.

As you explore,

You notice a younger version of yourself waiting for you.

This is your inner child,

The part of you that is pure,

Joyful,

And free.

They look at you with love,

With curiosity,

With longing for connection.

You approach them with open arms,

Offering them a warm embrace.

Feel the love that flows between you,

The unconditional love you have always deserved.

You whisper to them,

You are safe,

You are loved,

You are enough,

Just as you are.

Take a moment to hold this connection.

Let your inner child feel your presence,

Your reassurance,

Your unwavering love.

Now imagine sitting together in this peaceful garden.

As you sit,

You take their hands and say,

I am here for you,

I honor you,

I will always take care of you.

Your inner child smiles,

Feeling seen,

Feeling cherished.

And now they have a message for you.

Listen closely.

What do they want you to know?

What wisdom do they offer?

Take a moment to receive their words,

Their love,

And their energy.

As you sit together,

The golden light around you expands,

Wrapping you both in warmth and protection.

You feel renewed,

Lighter,

More whole.

Now let's seal this meditation with affirmations.

Feel free to repeat them silently or out loud,

Letting them settle deep into your subconscious.

I am worthy of deep rest and renewal.

Abundance flows to me effortlessly.

I am deeply loved,

Supported,

And whole.

My energy is sacred and I choose to nurture it.

I honor my needs and trust the wisdom of my body.

I am stepping into the most radiant version of myself.

I am free.

I am enough.

I am love.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling this truth settling in every cell of your body.

And exhale,

Releasing anything that no longer aligns with your highest self.

Now gently bring your awareness back to your physical space.

Wingle your fingers and toes.

Stretch if you need to.

And when you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Know that this peace,

This love,

This light,

You carry it within you always.
